  • Today’s back workout down at the @gymshark LC πŸ’ͺ🏼 simple but effective ... less exercises but more sets and reps πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
Single dumbbell row
2x 18-20 warm up sets
5x 8-10 working sets (increasing weight every set)
Own body weight pull ups 
5x failure with good form, try to keep late engaged and spread throughout every rep
Assisted T bar row
5x 12-15 slow, controlled positive failure with no assisted or forced reps
Cable pull overs with rope to finish
5x 12-15 (keep late spread and engaged.Try to over emphasis the squeeze and fully contract)
