2️⃣12 repetitions, slow / 5 sets
3️⃣12-15 squats per leg / 4 sets

5️⃣15 repetitions per side / 4 sets

-Yeees! This will do your lower body good for a while. 
Rest your lower body for at least 3 days before you hit it again.
Remember... I have ALL my workout plans, especially created for YOU and your needs, on the app Fitplan (link in bio, downloading and starting is completely free) and neither one of us need to wear a 😷 when I am your personal trainer🤨

But maybe STILL aren't sure if this is the best time to go gymmin' 🧐(since, well, those spikes in this COVID-MESS is for many, not all, a reason to hold off a bit longer)...

2️⃣12 repetitions / 5 sets
3️⃣14 repetitions / 4 sets
4️⃣12 repetitions (triceps) & 20-25 repetitions (leg press. The one doing triceps stays static while the one training legs can finish) / 4 or 5 sets.

-Here is a circuit for lower body that I want us to do TOGETHER. It’s not you watching me first, and then you do what I did. No... This circuit if for you to follow exactly what I am doing, holding the phone in your hand or having it beside you, and then after the circuit is completed, you can take a small break, drink some water and start over from the very beginning. Try it and let me know (comment below) if you want more videos like this!😃

BTW, regarding the first exercise, you’d better find something heavy enough before you start, I was just in a good mood when we did the filming and the doggies REALLY didn't want just to watch from a distance😆

-Let's keep that lower body really firm and tight, let’s build some muscle...and definitely we will burn some fat.
And let's do it without any fancy equipment.

Leave your standard lower body routine for once and replace with this (it can be done as a routine or as a circuit)
Here we go:

1️⃣10 repetitions per leg / 5 sets
2️⃣15-20 explosive jumps / 4 sets
3️⃣12 repetitions / 4 sets
4️⃣10 repetitions per leg / 4 sets
5️⃣20 jumps, followed by 6️⃣ as many deep squats as you can / 4 sets

Him? Nope, violently pushing a black girl to the ground when she was sitting on her knees.... that gives only coward status.
But then.... BOOM! Check how the female officer went totally off on him for pushing that girl. I have never seen anything like it. Hero status achieved right there🎖
The world would be a better place with more women like her🙏🏻❤️ #RacismDoesNotBelongHere
