While we’ve been “home” for months, something tells me it’s been years since you’ve really felt at “home” in your skin.
How many of us have told ourselves: as soon as I lose the weight, as soon as my “skinny jeans” fit, as soon as I am not ashamed to be seen in a bathing suit... the list goes on.
THEN, then I will dance or post a photo of me or go on a date or apply for the job or take a yoga class or book the trip or launch the business.
👋🏻Aren’t you tired of waiting?
👋🏼Aren’t you sick of hiding?
👋🏾Aren’t you wondering if “THEN” will ever come?
What if instead we said, “Today I am embracing who I am and the body I live in and tomorrow I’ll aim to love this home and treat it with the respect she deserves for showing up for me, just as I am today.”✨
Maybe today is the day you finally come home to the body. 🏠 You are safe at home.
The home that has been waiting for you to stop hiding behind the “potential future version” of yourself to be fully present in living, breathing, capable miracle you are right NOW.
I’VE FAILED YOU. 🤦🏼♀️ This is my face when I see that 60% of you haven’t started an email list yet.. tsk, tsk.
I know it feels “unsexy” and you’d rather be hustling for more followers and “likes” but the reality is, less than 6% of your followers actually see your posts.
Spoiler: you don’t own your followers and you don’t have control over how they consume your content.
Without a list, you’re building your dreams on rented space and you’re missing out on the #️⃣1️⃣ way to drive results in your business.
This week, for five days straight, I’m holding your hand and guiding you through how to actually start and grow your email list (no website needed) entirely for FREE.
We’re airing daily short episodes this week on the @goaldiggerpodcast walking you through the process from how an email list works, who it will benefit, how to create a freebie, where you make a sign up form, how to send out that first email AND so much more!
Plus, there are video tutorials and walk throughs and templates to make the whole thing foolproof — ALL FOR FREE. ✨ It’s an entire mini-course made for YOU!
So are you finally ready to make this the week you start to grow your email list and start showing up in inboxes building that relationship with your subscribers so that you’ll have a list to launch (whatever your next big idea is) to?
Head to the link in my bio or listbuildchallenge.com and join me — and thousands of other challengers — as we start, grow, and scale our email lists together!

When nana saves “special” outfits from when you were a babe, you put them on (all 18 pieces of it) and all have a giggle.
For the record, I think I put it on wrong and this whole thing lasted all of 5 minutes before she was back running around in her diaper.🤣
Swipe to see me in it and Drew as a baby! 👉🏼 Do you see more mama or dada in our Coco girl?
Slow growth is still growth. Double tap if you needed that reminder.✨
It’s tempting to want to rush the process — whatever process you find yourself in the middle of.
Or maybe even before the process has really begun.
It’s easy to feel the heat coming from both sides, one side telling you to hustle to keep your momentum, another telling you to pursue perfect, not progress.
It’s easy to see why just keeping your head down and moving through the process as quickly, or privately, as possible feels like the safest option.
But what if we look at it this way: Keeping our head down, eyes glued to the map means we’re not watching the road, right?
We’re solely navigating and missing the journey itself. We’re staying on the lines without even asking “who made this map? Is it the one for me?” Slow down, breathe.
I am here to encourage you in your own particular brand of ‘forward’ no matter what it is! One foot in front of the other, lift your eyes and figure out your pace as you go.
Because along the way, you might just see what everyone else missed.
“But I haven’t showered and I need to freshen up,” words even my confident mama said when I told her I really wanted a few photos of her before she left.
I told her, “You are beautiful, Mom. They aren’t for you anyway, they are for us to treasure.” I pulled out my camera and captured the giggles and dang it, my mom GLOWS.
Does anyone else remember those 1990’s posed family portraits where you all wear matching white button down shirts or denim (or both) — likely for the first and last time?
You nervously sit in a stuffy studio with weird backdrops and stools and you’re told told to tilt your chin down and say “pickles” as a person you just met snaps the shutter and you pray you get just ONE good one.
Yes, I LOVE and cherish those portraits (mostly because they are hilarious) but I hope when Coco grows up she sees moments not poses and remembers the raw joy she experienced doing life with her favorite people — even if their hair is dirty.
Take the photo, stop hiding, document the moments, don’t wait to feel “ready” for it. It’s not for you, anyway. ✨
Tag your loved ones below (or is it you? 🧐)who always dodge photos! 👇🏼 This is for them.
A quick reminder that your worth isn’t found in the numbers on the scale or the size on the tag of your pants.
Not in the alignment of your teeth or your unique laugh. It’s not found in how fast or slow you move through life, or how many ‘wins’ you get.
It’s not found in your bank account, or in how many ‘likes’ roll in on those pieces of life you share online. It’s not found in the achievements. Or the failures.
Comparison does a bad job of showing you how worthy you really are. It’s merely a window, so let’s stop using it like a mirror.
You don’t need to earn your worthiness. You already are! You can let go of feeling uncomfortable with taking up space. That space is all yours.
And you didn’t ‘miss your chance’ to be worthy of going after your dream… and gettin’ it.
Enough with the never-enough and always-too-much. Enough with the wishing for a different life while missing the one right in front of you.
You’re glorious. You’re profound. You’re talented, valued, loved… worthy.
Give yourself a heapin’ helping of the the love and respect you so freely give to others. ✨ Start with today!
“We need four hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth,” a family therapist named Virginia Satir once said.
Drew and I started randomly grabbing one another for a minute long hug which usually results in laughter and tickles. It’s funny because we’re together 24/7 in this season, but you can forget to really BE together.
Our hugs feel like this recalibration, a centering. And since we can’t hug anyone else these days, we might as well squeeze each other for survival.
If you’re lucky enough to be sharing space with someone, sneak attack and snag a hug... or 13 because I know you’re an overachiever with a big heart who’s striving for growth in the midst of uncertainty.✨

You might not recognize this version of me, heck, I never even visualized this version of me.
When we got our spot on the lake we inherited these bikes. Safe to say they aren’t collecting dust and are getting good mileage. What a gift they have been in this season.
I’ve become a girl who wakes up with sore legs and a smile on my face. Someone who swapped a fancy watch for a smart one that tracks our rides, reminds me to breathe and makes me wanna close my goal loops daily.
I wear those biking shoes that clip in (I surprisingly haven’t tipped over yet) and I traded make up for SPF and wear those shorts with the extra butt padding — heaven.
We set off as a family on long rides along the lake shore daily and rock helmet hair with pride.
This year has thrown us for many loops but I’ve got to say, there’s beauty in being still long enough to discover that you are capable of trying new things and worthy of pursuing your curiosities.
Have you taken up any new hobbies, chased any goals, or surprised yourself in this season?👇🏼 Tell me below!
When that weekend energy hits and you’re not sure what to do with yourself but you are sure that you’re 💯% ready for it! ✨TGIF, babes!
Ps. Which one of these shots should we frame for the walls? 🤷🏼♀️
Can we all collectively apologize for the mean things we said about 2019? I mean, oofda!
Plans are changing left and right, expectations, special dates, and milestones for your year are getting shifted, pushed back, and deleted off the calendar.
Your life right now probably doesn’t look like what you thought it would, it likely doesn’t resemble your 2020 vision board and that might make you feel a little lost in the woods.
You’re trying to roll with the punches, but maybe you’re not even sure what direction to roll in?
Plans may change, but that doesn’t mean your goals have to. Time to forge a new path toward your destination!
What are you hitting ‘reroute’ on right now?👇🏼Comment below.
A 👉🏼 or 👉🏼 B?
Which one sums up how you’re feeling in this world where you might be safe at home with people you once said things like, “I just wish we were home together more.” 🤣
Jokes on us! LOL at those statements but there’s no one I’d rather be at home on the couch with watching “Below Deck” after Coco goes to bed.
Something tells me we’re living in moments that will become cherished memories.✨

In a world where we miss nothing through our scrolling, we threaten to miss everything that’s happening before us.
Lifting my eyes from strangers lives on the internet to take it all in and make sure that what I’m missing out on isn’t my very own life.
Double tap if you’re feeling this. 👋🏼
