Don’t overthink it. Right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot - repeat.
But do you even lift, bro? Strength training is a big part of fitness but often talked about as a little extra we can do. I’m loving the new @corosglobal Strength mode. I pre-loaded my General Strength plan into my watch so there’s no excuse to miss a post-workout session. This feature is bigger than my biceps 😱💪!
Commit to it.
The PSA we didn’t know we needed. 😗🚫😷
When you’re dreaming about This is Fitness season.

Did you miss #GlobalRunningDay? Good news - there’s still time to make your run count for more. Brooks is donating $100,000 to the Equal Justice Initiative and giving an additional $1 for every runner who signs up between now and June 7 (up to $250,000). Sign up is free at link in bio.
Running has always been my ticket to see the world and I’m fortunate to have experienced different cultures and made friends across the globe because of it. However, now more than ever, we need to focus on what’s happening right here at home. I’ve signed up for the @brooksrunning run, followed @eji_org on social, made my own donation, and spent my run not just focusing on physical gains but also working on opening my mind — there’s always more work to be done. I encourage you to join me.
Thank you, @BrooksRunning.
I’ve always believed that social media posts are not enough, it often feels like a brief thought to feel included in a trend, or to gain likes and follows. Right now it’s important to take a stand, but it can’t be just a moment. We need to continue to educate ourselves, show up to the polls, and figure out how to create meaningful and lasting change. I appreciate Brooks taking this stand and hope we can all continue the conversations on moving forward and next steps for change.
*REPOST @Brooksrunning* The injustice we are witnessing is racism, and it needs to be called by its name.
As a brand, we haven’t spoken out on this issue before. But our brand is made of people who value safety, dignity, and opportunity for all, above all.
Silence is no longer an option.
Although we don’t have all the answers, we’re committed to driving change. Today, we start by speaking up and evaluating what we can be doing better.
Next, we step forward with fresh resolve toward a world where we all run on equal ground.
The county placed a giant roadside speedometer about a mile from our home. All previous running goals are out the window and registering max speed is now top priority. What I’m saying is, stay flexible with your goals and keep things fun.
