idk man, I’m not an expert on grief. I miss my buddy. a soul of pure light. so bright, such a quick learner and this kindness and playfulness that can reach through anything and transform it with a spark. this dude I could always level with — it hurts, a lot, and I’m thinking that’s because he carved out a beautiful space with a really powerful presence.
now we get to keep that alive— please donate to @thecameronboycefoundation
Happy 21st birthday Cam. You changed my life and you’re still changing the world

White people: our inaction is action, and this is dire. This is about the lives of our neighbors and the soul of our nation. This is about the past we were born from and the future WE get to build.
If we aren’t fearlessly mindful of our privilege, active in educating ourselves, and intentional in our behavior to stay actively mindful of moving our lives and circles of influence in the right direction, we are complacent in a poisoned, homicidal system. This is a fait accompli.
All I can control is my own lil world, so I’m committing to do what I can. 🤝 Will you?
the harder we distance, the sooner we can get back onto dance floors with our brethren and sistren. here are artifacts unearthed from a time more saturated with social contact and unbridled joy

There’s a lot going on. Whatever combination of circumstances and stressors you’re personally experiencing in this time, we can all agree that there’s a lot to navigate. We’re individually adjusting to a jarring upheaval of foundational systems in society. A lot of us are suddenly disconnected from the communities, activities, patterns and spaces which so deeply inform our identities. The collective voice seems to be an echochamber of change and a pressure cooker of fears, and many of us are sitting more closely than ever with our own thoughts. This can be super challenging, especially in navigating your mental landscape.
I’m proud to stand with The Mental Health Coalition, to end the stigma against mental health conditions.
It feels more important than ever that we be candid, honest, and sincere in sharing our individual experiences and challenges in this time, in an effort to promote acceptance and inspire hope. Together, and only together, we can make a difference in millions of lives. Please join me 💫 and share how you are, really.

yesterday was my birthday, and this week has been a really beautiful illustration that isolation doesn’t have to be isolating. I’ve never felt closer to my family, my lover, and my friends. Reeeeal grateful this year for an incredible support system who challenge me and hold me down ✨ could get whiplash looking at some of the folks I’ve been
