Indent in last part of video on back is to show area where concentrated pain on right side of my thoracic is .—- My last post about this was from May 2019! And that was 8 months of pain in already. So this has been persisting for quite some time. I want to see if our community can help me solve this ! I can’t wait for the day I can post about our success and hopefully help others facing similar issues. 📖📚Story Time💫
I was working with different specialists in LA with zero luck and the pain is worsening . Chiropractic, physical therapists, body work , mild acupuncture (but nothing crazy), etc. A stabbing pain on the right side of my thoracic on one specific vertebrae that i experience several times throughout the day and it’s super intense pain when I dance or do yoga. And we all know i love dancing ! 🙋🏻♀️💃🏻😍I’ll even have to wake up abruptly for a migraine and a aches in my right trap and lower right shoulder blade with sharp achy pain on vertebrae. I’ll get up, pop an excedrin and avoid my spine pain as it’s too much but relieve my shoulder pain by rolling it on a lacrosse ball.
It will painfully lock up when I reach my arm forward, look left, or lean my head back while scrunching up my shoulders ( compressing my spine), I also feel the pain when I compress my right side of my body together. Sometimes when I breathe deeply the vertebrae will painfully pop and unlock relieving the desire for me to crack it. Every time the vertebrae pops within the right arm reach , neck turn or deep breath, it is a painful pop but relieves some pressure. I have had an mri done almost a year ago that came back clear and the pain has been going on for about 1.5 years.
I’ll be doing normal movements throughout the day and all of a sudden lock up in a position and slowly move my arm or neck to get the painful pop out of the way . Even with the release of pressure a sharp achy pain remains within the right side of my vertebrae. During deep tissue massages it feels like a sharp needle in my vertebrae and with soft tissue or a light touch it can feel similar or like a bruised bone 🤷🏻♀️. I can even feel the dull pain as I lay here typing.
