Weighted Sled Pulls will help you improve your upper body pulling endurance + power and also help you master rope climbing on top of increasing your pull up count📈. This is a great exercise for endurance athletes and gym rats💪🏽. ⁣

About a year ago I was doing these at least twice a week during Spartan Race Training and climbing a rope became a breeze because of them. Before that, climbing a rope and doing 15 plus pull ups in a row was something I thought I couldn’t do!⁣

You’d want to go on the heavier side for these pulls. load the sled up to at least your body weight. You can aim for a specific time or sets. I usually do 4 Sets💪🏽. #EBreezyFitness #BodyByEBreezy⁣

Normally when I do a side by side I automatically feel proud and excited seeing the difference, but this one felt different. I put it together and right away I started to pick myself apart and think there is not too much change. .

Then I dug a little deeper with in and immediately felt my heart happy again. I sometimes feel like this is a dream and one day I’m going to wake up and be 60 pounds heavier again. 
.
.
No matter how much weight you loose or how good you feel those ugly thoughts and feeling always pop up. I am learning to push them away and replace them with appreciation and remember how hard I have worked to get here and nobody can take that away. I never want to go back to that person who felt insecure and helpless so I will continue to show up and fight everyday no matter how hard life gets.... #dailyreminder 💪🏻 🥊

  • Do you have a love hate relationship with exercise? You know it’s good for but find it hard to stay motivated? I’ve been there 👊

A couple of things that help me stick to a routin✨

💪 Set small goals, like working out 3x a week, and build from there 
💪 Listen to your body! Your body will tell you what it’s craving, and this mindset helps you move past feeling like you ‘have to work out 
💪 Do workouts that you love! This sounds so simple but really makes all the difference
💪 Quality sleep and a balanced diet are equally as important as what you do in the gym (figuratively speaking)😉
💪 Rest is your friend! If your body is telling you to take it easy - that’s ok! There are so many ways to stay active on your off days (going for a walk, running errands, etc)

  • Feeling lean, strong and hungry 😂. Have felt a little bit more hungry this week as I’m really pushing myself in the gym, my powerlifting comp is now 3 weeks away.

If you find your appetite starts increasing when you exercise then your workouts are working! However as I’m wanting lose body fat I’m not eating extra food to compensate for that so I’m burning more calories than what I’m eating.

  • As a coach I ALWAYS prioritise clients and their results & I’ll be the first to admit that I let my own progress slip because I’m a little bit of a workaholic buttttt it’s time to invest in me 🤩 I have always had the best results when working with a coach! Why?
1. Because I’m more likely to adhere to a plan I haven’t created myself (there’s no way I’m making myself do 4 sets of lunges 😂)
2. I’ve paid for it & there’s no way I’m wasting that
