My workouts have evolved into pain vs. purpose.😵  The more my body hurts, the harder I push it. I'm definitely a practitioner of mental harding. In-fact, the harder the better in most cases. You'll never understand your capabilities if you are afraid to endure some pain.

  • HAPPY SATURDAY ☀️

I would usually have a rest day on Sunday, but decided to have it today as I’m not at home and I’m feeling quite sore from getting back into working out this week.

  • Well there's only 3 of us in the house atm 😱.. And the puppies are sleeping 😱

So time to make the most of the quiet 😂🙌

I love having my own gym at home🏡 💪, I love not having to go out especially when it's raining ☔

Having my own gym was one of my dreams which I said I would get one day, and I have got itn🙌🙌

When you are consistent with fighting for your dreams, they will happen 👍

We are planning our next dream and I am so excited about it, and IT WILL HAPPEN 👍🙌🙌❤️

But for now it's time to smash my  heat and fitness goals 🙌🙌

There are 4 moves. Try 30-45 seconds each, 3-4 rounds. 
1️⃣Extension to lat squeeze.
2️⃣Forward lunge press to rotation.
3️⃣Step squat lat pull/squeeze.
4️⃣Reverse lunge archer row.
Be sure to keep tension in the band throughout, core engaged and scoop/pull your shoulders away from your ears. I did 4 rounds this morning.. it was🔥!
