  • Another week, another home workout!!

If you were caught out when Covid-19 hit, probably not a bad idea to invest in some things that will avoid this in the future..

Basics I'd suggest are

1. Resistance band - great to keep ticking over and can be great for mobility too
2. Pull up bar - the prices of these sky rocketted post lockdown. I managed to get mine from Aldi for a fraction of the price so keep your eyes pealed if you have one near you
3. Some form of weight - could be a kettlebell, or sandbag, or dumbell. I went with a heavy kettlebell (32kg) as it's pretty verstaile and can be used for lots of different exercises...

Safe to say I'll be looking forward to a barbell again soon!

  • Essa semana estava pensando: SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENHOR QUAL CONTEÚDO VOU POSTAR NO MEU INTAGRAM?

Hahahahaha, sim eu também tenho dificuldades de criação. Aliás, sei inventar mais conteúdo para minhas “aluninhas” do que para mim mesma.
.
E isso me fez pensar que estava com o famoso “bloqueio criativo”, mas ai parei e pensei: Tai, o que você faz quando está com dificuldade de criar? E eis que surgiu o conteúdo para H O J E!
.
Então vamos lá, separei algumas dicas que eu uso quando estou com dificuldade de criar conteúdos: 

✨ LEMBRAR DAS MINHAS PAIXÕES: isso mesmo, lembrar daquilo que me faz levantar da cama todos os dias. Lembrar daquilo que me move, do porque você faz o que você faz!
✨✨ PLAYLIST: para mim essa é a minha preferida. Ouvir as músicas que eu gosto, que me animam muito e mudam completamente minha energia. E tenho uma seleção especial Spotify, playlist com o nome: INSPIRAR E CRIAR. 
✨✨✨FAÇA ALGO NOVO: leia um livro diferente, fora do seu contexto. Além de fazer com que você relaxe, ler é um ótimo exercício para adquirir referências que vão ser usadas para fazer as conexões da criatividade. Escolhe aquele livro que te faz viajar sabe? Que você esquece tudo ao seu redor, são os melhores para esse momento.
✨✨✨✨APRENDER ALGO NOVO: essa é outra que eu amo. Sabe aquela receita que você ama e nunca fez? Ou que considera difícil?? Então, ótimo momento para fazer ela. TENTE UMA RECEITA NOVA. Aprender coisas novas é um ótimo estímulo para a criatividade e melhor ainda se for uma receita que você considera difícil. Aproveita e toma uma tacinha de vinho junto

Agora é com você, tenta uma dessas dicas e depois me conta como ficou sua criatividade. E você, tem alguma dica para me dar??

  • I tried out 2 posts with a different theme, but I think I still like my old feed better. So, I’m going to stick with my old feed. I’ll probably repost the previous 2 posts later 😝
