Down Dog calms the brain and helps to relieve stress.  In addition, it helps to stretch shoulders, hamstrings and calves, while strengthening the arms and legs. Hands are more than just functional; they are an energy map of our consciousness and health.

Each area of the hand corresponds to a certain area of the body and to different emotions and behaviors. By curling, crossing, stretching, and touching the fingers and palms, we can effectively talk to the body and mind. The position the hand takes is called a mudra and is a technique for giving clear messages to the mind-body energy system.

Just as letters are combined in a multitude of ways to form different words, so can the fingers build an array of mudras.

Mudras are formations of the fingers and hands which stimulate specific energetic meridians that can unlock higher levels of awareness and consciousness when held with focus and intent for extended periods of time, usually on the order of 5 or more minutes. Daily practice for a week or two is usually sufficient to realize results, although continued use throughout life is beneficial and suggested. Mudras can be practiced with or without meditation, whenever is convenient and safe.

Quinoa salad, one of the protein enriched food and low in calories..
It's very simple to make, I added cucumber, Tomato, capsicum, corns , quinoa seeds(boil it) and olive well, it was fulfilling and tasty..for little more taste and flavours you can add salt, pepper, seasoning and mint..

It's always better to eat light and healthy than to starve at night..

  • Our confidence can be so shaky when we first recover from ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia or POTS.

  • So how can we get outside and get fresh air while also being mindful of social distancing? Here's an idea:
Take your workout outside. Do you normally take online workout classes or use a fitness app? If so, you are most likely setting up your mat inside your house. Try mixing it up by heading outside! Grab your phone or your laptop and head to your backyard or a nearby park (make sure to social distance).

Just wanted to give a little update now that my 30 days of healthy living with @arbonne has ended🤗 Let me just start by saying that these products will for sure be a part of my daily routine from now on!   • We either allow things to happen or we don’t. Which harms us more? Depends on what our “thing(s)” is/are.⁣

I used to allow other people’s opinions weigh on me heavy. I used to allow an unhealthy, toxic relationship. I used to allow myself to play it safe. I used to allow certain inconsistencies in my life, because I thought “that’s just how I am” or because I simply wanted to justify so I didn’t have to face the truth.
⁣
For once, let’s change it up and unplug from all the circuits that do not serve us, that make us hesitate, and that make us feel unaligned. ⁣
⁣
Your circuits can be coming from how you grew up, family/friends, different tribes & cultures your involved with, social media, religion, your job, your generation, and the list goes on where you might be subconsciously plugging into.⁣
⁣
How can we start saying “No — it doesn’t have to be this way. It can be better. I can make it better. I’ll find a way. I’ll do it my way and in the way that feels 110% me or an even better version of me.”⁣
⁣
This is what I do muuuultiple times, and it's a great reality check for me.⁣
⁣
Write down all the things that you should do but don’t do, and the things that you do do, but you shouldn’t. ⁣
⁣

One of the best role models I know when it comes to self-care is my mama. She gardens, she’s health conscious, gets her hair & nails done, goes out on spa treatments, she dances, loves to party and have celebrations with loved ones, likes to enjoy new experiences, and she just told me yesterday she bought a Louis Vuitton bag....😂 but she is also a super woman who goes above and beyond for her loved ones. She’s phenomenal.⁣

    Personalmente, me ha gustado tanto el ejercicio que pienso seguir haciéndolo cada noche y lo más importante, pienso seguir dedicándome un momento para hacer algo que me gusta y me hace sentir bien todos los días, creo que esto es una de las claves para ser feliz y tratar de siempre mirar el lado bueno de las cosas 🐘✨
