Had the BEST leg session since I’ve been back at the gym! Finally feel like I’m getting my strength back💪🏻swipe for the workout.

Tip with split squats; I’ve found if I hold one DB (inside arm) and then hold onto something with my other hand, this provides more stability and I can focus more on the full movement and engaging the glutes🍑

I'm definitely missing my own pans and hob but managed to whip this up in my mum's kitchen today. Fried egg, bacon medallions 🥓, baked beans (free), mushrooms 🍄, asparagus (speed) and a slice of wholemeal toast 🍞 (HEB) with some light spread (1). Approx. 335kcals. Now to spend the afternoon in the pool at my grandparents' house. 🌊🥰

  • My point it this: if I took your phone and stick it deep into a jug of water you’d go crazy! You’d get super annoyed and go on about how you’ve lost your photos, you didn’t back up, your calendars gone, you don’t have insurance or if you do, you’re gonna have to start the claim process, is water damage even covered?! Yet, people forget their own health and well-being. Drinking copious amounts of alcohol, smoking unnecessarily, eating crap and tonnes of it, going to bed ridiculous hours and filling their mind with junk! But we take care of our phones better than anything! Everything else can be replaced and most of things we own can be upgraded but we only get one health, one body and one life...
