  • Who wants some Monday Motivation? Then look no further! ⏬⏬⏬

In Taryn's words.. 

'The person who took my before photo loves me for the person that I am, I know they do. 
But seeing that image broke my heart... because I knew then I had given up on myself. 

In January, I was sat in a doctors office being offered a referral for bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery). My doctor had given up on me, but not because he wasn’t an incredible doctor, but because I gave him no other choice. 

I showed him that I didn’t mean more than the take away I ate the night before he weighed me, I didn’t mean more than having to have surgery to fix a problem that a lack of self love and care had created. 

My appointment to review surgery was in March. But then the world stopped, my appointment was cancelled and I was safe at home... stuffing my face....

So I started writing a future self journal, an image of who I am going to be and she wasn’t a quitter, she didn’t give up on herself.

I wrote a for and against list for starting the 1:1 Diet and the pros TOWERED over the cons. 

I was back. I am back and I will never go back.'

  • Day 10 - A good helper - Any excuse to get Dave on the grid... although he hasn’t really been much help at all, and actually hates the house at the moment! Can you tell from that grumpy face?! 😂 This was our ‘Funny house photo’ entry as part of the lockdown village treasure hunt organised by our wonderful neighbours 🥰! {Swipe right to see his much happier face when digging holes in the garden}

Anyway... we have also had lots of actual help: knocking walls down, building the pond, creating the raised beds and decking & the local farmer taking bucketfuls of rubble away for us. Thank you!

We are really grateful for everyone who has helped us get to this point so far, especially my mum and dad allowing us to live at theirs for slightly longer than the 3 months we originally planned for 🙈, and to those just helping to keep our spirits up when it feels like it’s taking forever, we appreciate you and can’t wait to repay everyone with a big party when we can! ❤️

Di antara lain adalah : 

1. Dayot opamecado 
Sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa masalah utama Arsenal ada di lini belakang. Upamecano adalah bek muda berbakat yang sudah dihubungkan dengan Arsenal dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, kedatangannya jelas bakal meringankan tugas Arteta.

2. Tomas partey 
Tak hanya di lini belakang, lini tengah Arsenal pun bermasalah. Arteta menginginkan tim yang bisa menguasai bola, tapi dia tak punya pemain-pemain yang tepat untuk itu.

Saat ini masa depan Matteo Guendouzi dan Dani Ceballos masih tidak jelas, barisan gelandang Arsenal terlihat mulai menipis. Memang masih ada Granit Xhaka dan pemain muda Joe Willock, tapi Arteta butuh lebih dari itu.

3. Dani ceballos 
Entah dengan meminjamnya lagi atau dengan pembelian permanen, Arsenal harus bisa mempertahankan Dani Ceballos. Gelandang Spanyol ini tampil impresif pasca-lockdown, berduet dengan Xhaka di lini tengah.

Masalahnya, masa depan Ceballos ada di tangan Real Madrid.

Salah satu gelandang kreatif terbaik di sepak bola Inggris musim lalu. Grealish memang setia bersama Aston Villa, tapi dia didukung pergi ke klub yang lebih besar untuk memenuhi potensinya.

Arsenal punya banyak pemain ofensif, tapi kedatangan Grealish bakal memberikan dimensi berbeda.

5. Willian 
Arsenal dikabarkan berada di posisi terdepan untuk merekrut Willian dari Chelsea usai menawarkan kontrak berdurasi tiga tahun pada sang winger.

I thought I was, I honestly forgot who I was. Becoming a wife and momma became my only identity. Don’t get me wrong, those are by far my favorite roles.. but I forgot that I was also strong, independent, funny, capable.. Capable of pushing myself to do the hard things. Capable of doing something about my health. Capable of changing how I feel about myself and my body. I thought I was stuck being miserable getting dressed, going out, getting in a swimsuit, etc.⁣
⁣
All that said, this isn’t just about outward appearances (but dang it does feel good to feel good!) This is about a mindset change. The physical changes WILL come but you have to love yourself along the way! [I'm still a work in progress]. You are 𝑊𝑂𝑅𝑇𝐻𝑌 of being healthy, pushing yourself, feeling good in your own skin, fueling your body with good foods, and loving yourself every step of the way!⁣
⁣
Stop doing the dance of flip flopping from dieting to binging. Change your mindset to allowing to treat yourself instead of thinking you “fell off the wagon” (treats are okay when you’re fueling your body with good foods the majority of the time.) Stop waiting for the perfect time to start showing yourself some love! I promise you, there 𝐼𝑆 𝑁𝑂𝑇 a perfect time.⁣

I’m looking for 10 more women to join my virtual bootcamp! Workout from home, develop a new mindset for nutrition (with all the tools and meal plans given to you), top of the line supplements if you choose, and join the most supportive community of beautiful women- all shapes and sizes and all walks of life!⁣

  • Instead of spending the energy to wish yourself into a healthier lifestyle, try using that energy in a more proactive way. Take some time to write out your goals and make a plan. I wanted to do something different today and share a few tips that helped me! 👌🏻

▪️I started with mental health wellness. After losing my parents and sibling, I needed help. I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life mourning. Talking about my pain and the trauma I felt after finding my father deceased, helped me heal and start moving on. I learned I was worthy of happiness and not just heartache. Until I changed my thoughts and behaviors that got me to this place, I would fail any approach to a diet.

▪️Download an App. Track everything that you consume for a day without changing anything first. This was an eye opening visual for me. I saw how my food choices mattered. I saw I was consuming a days worth of sugar and carbs before noon. This also helped me learn to read labels and learn what was in my foods.🌱🌱

▪️Be patient. The number one question I’m asked is how long did this take. We are all obsessed with losing weight that took us a few years to gain, in a matter of weeks. We all have different bodies. What took me a year and a half may take you a lot less. Just focus on doing your best everyday and everything else will follow. Relax, real change takes time. You want just a few healthy months or a healthy life??? 🤔🤔

▪️Be kind to yourself. You’re gonna mess up, it’s okay. Instead of giving up, get back on track your very next meal. I had to break the cycle of thinking, well I already screwed up, might as well eat whatever I want now and start again on Monday. Nope. Nope. Nope. Start immediately!🥊

  • Lighting & angles makes such a difference! 😱What got me into fitness in the first place?? This 👆🏻, trying like so many other women to get rid of cellulite 🤦🏻‍♀️. Trust me, I’ve tried it all - coffee scrub, anti cellulite creams, different diets.... none of those work and even when I was at my skinniest I still had it! Getting leaner sure helps but the only way to truly get rid is of it if you’re like me is probably surgery 🙅🏻‍♀️.

Lighting is everything, sometimes it looks worse, sometimes it looks better. Everyone shows their best self on social media, I could’ve just uploaded the picture on the left, but I’m putting this out there because I feel like I hide it a lot on social media by trimming videos & selecting only the good pictures. But.. friends and clients have asked me how to get rid of it and I don’t want to set false expectations or standards... most women have it!

Today we are lucky that people are normalising it and I’m finally feeling a big F🖕🏼 you to the skin on the backs of my legs. I still feel a little conscious in shorts but I’m fed up of not wearing them out of fear of what others think and even fear that people will judge me because I don’t show it on social media in a catfish kind of way 😂 I don’t want to look back on my younger years thinking I never wore the clothes I wanted to because of something completely normal 👊🏼.

Yes, I feel nervous posting about my biggest insecurity, but you can see it on me walking down the street so if seeing it on social media benefits even one other person then it’s all worth it 💕
