  • Après 1 mois de #stagnation dans ma #perte de poids, je savais que quelque chose se passait mal dans mon corps. Après tout, j'arrive à perdre du #poids sans me privé 😅 donc je peu vous dire que les fast-food en ce moment ça y va 😂

Le week-end dernier j'ai fais ma petite detox sur deux jours (encore en mangeant Mcdo, n'est ce pas Danaee ? 😂)

Et depuis, je suis répartie en quête d'éliminer ces kilos ! Surprise à la pesée de la fin de semaine... -2kg 🥰 heureusement que je n'ai pas #abandonner après 4 semaines sans perdre de poids 👌🏻💪🏻

Dancing isn’t always fluid. So here’s a little collection of weirdness for you. 

Sometimes we need to literally go wild, shake, do the weirdest moves, jump, sing, scream and shout first. 

Stomping reduces stress, shaking helps to move stagnant energy and any sound (singing, humming, moaning, shouting) helps to clear and open the throat chakra. 

We all have so much stagnation, it’s almost impossible to go from stagnation to free flow. 

It feels awkward first but it’s so freeing. We will go through this is more detail in the online women’s circle starting in August. DM me if you what to be part of it.

  • ISOLATION: Full Stop or Reset?You have time. (That you always asked for) You have drive to finally be free. (Haven’t you struggled enough?) And you have the skills. (Look at what you can do, honestly)

Do you see the opportunities in front of you? Or are you making excuses and distracting yourself under the weight of expectations? If you feel the pressure cooker, it is your wake-up call and there to help you if you don’t let it break you. (Hell, even after it breaks you- you can still be put back together) Question is how committed are you? How bad do you want it?

I know a few very talented people personally (all of which have inspired me) who seem to get in their own way. Beat down by lack of recognition and opportunity. But often, that very lack was what they felt inside toward themselves that has been reflected externally.

I understand and sympathize, for it is through watching them, and hearing them tell me I was doing the same thing, I see why we are in each other’s lives as mirrors and tough truther’s. We are here to help each other.

So step by step. With what you have. Make a commitment to the new, and let the old shit that doesn’t belong in your life go.

In my opinion- no one who has ever desired a better life should be bored and running out of things to watch on Netflix! Create. Heal. Know Thyself. Meditate. Connect with who you can in new or renewed ways. Use this time wisely.

  • When those negative thoughts become too commonplace for you, and you can’t seem to escape them, though, it’s more than just a nuisance.🤷‍♀️⁣
⁣
Here are a few ways that can work:👇⁣
⁣
1️⃣ Take action. Sometimes negative thoughts are actually helpful thoughts in disguise. It’s your subconscious letting you know that there is something in your life that requires action and attention: something needs to change.⁣
2️⃣ Heal the past.  The problem can be that these events lie in the past and since there’s no changing the past, there’s no way to close the loop.  So these thoughts serve no purpose (other than to annoy the heck out of you). Or so you may think. But there are ways to close those open loops from the past.  Forgiveness is a powerful one and only requires you, not the other person. ⁣
3️⃣ Be proactive about your future. Perhaps it’s the future your mind is chewing on.  In much the same way as working with your past, since you can’t take an action in the future, you can’t close that loop.  What you CAN do is act today in a way that affects the future, and that can be immensely helpful in shutting down these thoughts.⁣
4️⃣ Stop and Replace.  When you catch yourself having that negative thought tell yourself “STOP!” (out loud and loudly if you’re alone). And then replace the thought with a positive opposite thought. ⁣

  • Bloed stagnatie (stasis)

In de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde is het bekend dat personen vaak een slechte bloedcirculatie hebben en kunnen zelfs bloedstagnatie in sommige delen van het lichaam ontwikkelen. 
Uiterlijke kenmerken zijn, doffe huid en donkerrode lippen . 
We moeten de bloed en de qi activeren, ook het meridiaan systeem deblokkeren om de totale circulatie te verbeteren. 
Dry Cupping is een van de methoden die de bloedstroom kan activeren. 
Het is ook noodzakelijk om evenwicht tussen werk en rust te vinden en fysiek actiever te zijn.

Symptomen van bloedstagnatie zijn:

At this juncture the most affected are the least paid jobs, but given how the recent labour data is evolving, we expect to see a pick up in the number of stagnating wage prospects for the more educated segment of the labour force already from this fall.

  • What is Lymphatic Tophi? Also known as Lymphatic Clouds ☁️ 

🔹This iris sign is shown by collagen bundles in the shape of clouds, beads or rosary’s. They are generally observed in the outer iris area as marked in this picture. If seen the ideal colour is white. Discolouration indicates an increased disposition to toxic loading of the lymph. A common cause of this is exposure to cigarette smoke or other airborne pollutants.

🔹Significance: Tophi indicate a predisposition to stagnation, congestion, swelling and enlargement of adjacent lymph glands and tissue. This potential is exacerbated by a sedentary lifestyle. The presence of tophi also indicates heightened sensitivity in the mucous membranes. Catarrhal conditions are stimulated by certain airborne substances and particular food groups; especially dairy, wheat and refined sugar.

1️⃣ Si le bas du corps est disproportionné par rapport au haut, les cuisses paraissent d’autant plus fines. Et nul besoin de mettre un pantalon pour aller à la salle, le pantalon c’est pas pour la vie ! ❌

4️⃣ Généralement, les pratiquants désirent être massifs, mais secs à la fois. Or cela ne s'obtient qu’avec une bonne intensité d’entrainement et une bonne hygiène. Sache que si tu as des jambes faibles tu aura forcément moins de dépense énergétique. Les muscles des cuisses sont de grands consommateurs d'énergie. 🔥
