This keto tomato soup is a soup that will make you crave for more. Best served during cold-weather.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 can tomato paste
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¾ cup shredded Asiago cheese
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Place your tomato paste, minced onion, and garlic into a pot. Turn on the heat to medium and pour in your cream.
Bring to a boil while you whisk the mixture together. 
Once it’s boiling, add in your Asiago cheese little by little. It should start thickening up.
Add in the water and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Serve and top with pepper. You can optimally add some green onions too.

Una opción muy refrescante para estos días de calor🔥 Todas las frutas son de nuestra tienda @fruitesiboletsjosep

Estos bowls son muy fáciles de preparar. Simplemente trituramos la fruta congelada (cerezas en este caso) con un chorrito de leche. Trituramos hasta que no queden grumos. Lo añadimos al bowl y decoramos con los ingredientes que más nos gusten! Y a disfrutar!

1 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tbsp vegan cacao powder 
4 Almonds 
1/2 tsp honey 
All blended together in the morning and topped with - 
Raisins, pomegranate arils and mixed seeds containing - watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds.

and because my fav vegan cheese company started producing yogurts, as you might have already seen in my stories. their coffee yogurt made out of cashews tastes divine as well- and is perfect for this moccha smoothiebowl😏
so here‘s what you need:
-80 g of @new__roots coffee yogurt
-1.5 frozen banana
-3 florets of cooked & then frozen cauliflower (or sub for more banana; I just personally prefer adding some veggies😛)
-4 tbsp oats
-1 tbsp chocolate powder
-1 tbsp ground flaxseed
-1 tsp psyllium husk (optional, but really does the trick for the creamiest consistency)
-also optional: 1 date for extra sweetness
-a splash of water

don’t get me wrong, I love going away on vacation and I am so lucky that I am able to, but after being away for a week and a half I am just so happy to be home & sleep in my own bed & get back to my routine (which includes smoothie making on super hot days lol) ALSO look at that color like come on it’s soooo good!!!!

#smoothiebowlrecipe —> blend together:
- 1 packet of @sambazon acai 
- 1/2 frozen banana
- handful of frozen strawberries 
- handful of frozen blueberries (@wymansfruit)
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I’m loving @plantfusion vanilla protein)
- 1/3 c almond milk (or water)
- 2 tbsp of @crazyrichardspb powdered peanut butter
- because I put so many dif fruits and flavors in the smoothie itself, I kept the toppings simple with some bloobs and @bearnakedgranola vanilla almond granola and coconut flakes

    don’t get me wrong, I love going away on vacation and I am so lucky that I am able to, but after being away for a week and a half I am just so happy to be home & sleep in my own bed & get back to my routine (which includes smoothie making on super hot days lol) ALSO look at that color like come on it’s soooo good!!!!


    #smoothiebowlrecipe —> blend together:
    - 1 packet of @sambazon acai
    - 1/2 frozen banana
    - handful of frozen strawberries
    - handful of frozen blueberries (@wymansfruit)
    - 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I’m loving @plantfusion vanilla protein)
    - 1/3 c almond milk (or water)
    - 2 tbsp of @crazyrichardspb powdered peanut butter
    - because I put so many dif fruits and flavors in the smoothie itself, I kept the toppings simple with some bloobs and @bearnakedgranola vanilla almond granola and coconut flakes

Happy Sunday💗 Pink Smoothie bowl ( homemade NO SUGAR) 💗💗💗

Healthy ICECREAMS IS A GAMECHANGER🙈😃😃😃 if you have not tried it yet there are some TIPS:
1️⃣ use ripe bananas (with brown spots)
2️⃣ cut bananas in thin slices before freezing (especially if you do not have high speed blender)
3️⃣ wait at least 4 hours
4️⃣ use coconut milk for extra creamy texture😁

▶️ 1 cup of frozen ripe bananas (sliced before)
▶️ 1 cup of frozen raspberries
▶️ half cup of milk of your choice ( I use coconut )
▶️ 1 big spoon of lemon juice 
▶️ 1 big spoon of maple syrup (optional)
▶️ 1/2 spoon Berrylicious Blend and Pink Pithaya @unicornsuperfoods 🦄

  • Hoy les compartimos la receta de nuestro #SmoothieBowlSuna con base verde. Si no tienen algún ingrediente, lo pueden reemplazar por otra fruta o verdura que tengan en sus casas (lo mismo pasa con los toppings; los cuales también pueden comprar en nuestro #MercadoGourmetSuna ).

Ingredientes - para una porción.
- 1/2 Banano congelado
- 1/2 Aguacate pequeño congelado
- 1 puñado de arándanos congelados
- 1/2 taza de kale
- 1 taza de leche de almendras o de yogurt de coco

La gracia de tener la mayor parte de los ingredientes de la base congelados, es poder lograr una textura del smoothie “cremosa” y más espesa.

De toppings, pueden ponerle:
- Mantequilla de maní SUNA
- Avena en Hojuelas de @somoswhynot 
- Goji Berries de @superfuds 
- Mango
- Papaya 

Como siempre les hemos dicho, también pueden adicionarle más ingredientes y superalimentos como: polen, coco, semillas de chía, entre muchos más.
