2. Поднятие гантелей обратным хватом на прямых руках 30 сек
3. Поднятие гантелей хватом молот 45 сек

Workout 5
Allen decided to go for a 10k run this morning so I had the whole dining room to myself for today's workout.
Having yesterday as a rest day I decided to skip workout 4.
Struggled since upping my weights as there was so much arm work.
Allen was back in time to keep my plank position in check.
I had to speed up the video as it doesn't allow you to upload a video over 2 minutes long.
Did the plank in the living room on carpet as my arms always slide on laminate or the mats.
I managed 2 min 6 seconds today! 💪🏻🙌🏼💪🏻 I was shaking like mad and had no strength afterwards to do an Abs finisher!

At the start of Club V she could hold a plank for 2:21, then the start of August was 4:03, and now we’re here!! 
‘It’s totally amazing what our bodies can do, this is absolute proof of this 👏🏽 I feel so much stronger and my head is so focused, forever grateful’

Planks are a perfect exercise for the abdominal muscles because they engage every major core muscle group, including the transverse abdominus, the rectus abdominus, the external oblique muscle, and the glutes. The importance of strengthening each muscle group cannot be underestimated either, for all of these groups serve their own purpose.

Decrease your risk of injury in the back and spinal column:

Doing planks allows you to build muscles while also making sure that you are not putting too much pressure on the spine or hips. Doing planks regularly not only significantly reduces back pain, but also strengthens your muscles and ensures a strong support for your entire back, especially in the areas around your upper back.

Boost your overall metabolism:

Planks are an excellent way of challenging the entire body as doing them every day will burn more calories than most other traditional abdominal exercises, like crunches or sit-ups. I came across this quote and just thought how true this was. I believe that the first step to achieving any goal is to voice it, to say it out loud into the universe. I don’t know if you’re like me, but sometimes I get afraid to voice my dream, my passion, because once it’s out there, the universe has heard and you’re now held accountable for realising that dream. But until you schedule it, it’s not fully real. Like Tony says, it’s just a dream! Until you make that first step, that dream is never going to become reality. Even on a smaller scale, if you want to get into a better fitness routine, you have to put it in your schedule, otherwise you won’t hold yourself accountable. Let me know if you think this is true ⬇️

  • He was calling my name and yelling, “Moooom!!! I have a present for you!!!” Something in his voice made me run down the stairs. I found him like this. He even held it long enough for me to quickly take a photo. Then he casually hops down (like no big deal) and asks, “Mama, did you like my plank present? I did it just for you and squeezed my butt hard.” Obviously I loved it kid. LOVED IT💪🏻

Ontem falei sobre a má postura, hoje trago exercícios para melhorar-lá. 

O fortalecimento do CORE é sumamente importante para obviamente evitarmos lesões, melhorarmos a postura e a execução dos movimentos.

Posso afirmar que nessa quarentena você ficou mais tempo sentado ou deitado e a sua musculatura com certeza está mais enfraquecida e as dores estão surgindo....
