  • Find a job where you actually look forward to Monday meetings (the zoom kind) and calls 💃🏽 Spent the morning dreaming up shoots with clients, working through edits with a 1:1 mentoring client, and planning for shoots the rest of the week. And then reeling it back in a few clicks.

You know that feeling when you get back from an international trip where they drive on opposite sides of the road and your first time back in the car requires the interstate? That’s what June felt like. Settling into July like a slow Sunday stroll...

  • I started this journey a little over a year ago when I decided that I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, once and for all. I knew I needed support, accountability and so becoming a coach was the best of all of those things! I started sharing on the Internet because I knew it would be the best accountability. I didn’t want someone else to watch me fail. Pretty sure this is my 400th post about working out!! 😂 .
Guess what? It worked. Because of these incredible workouts, I have been able to lose the weight once and for all, as well as get fit after all three of my babies. .
But more than that, it is THIS community - the women I have met here on IG/FB - that have helped fuel my fire, pick me up when I fall and encourage me every step of the way. These home workouts are so much more than just home workouts. They have connected me with some of the most amazing people in the world. .
Getting fit doesn't have to be a lonely journey. Find your people and do it TOGETHER. .
So, keep sharing your home workouts, your sweaty selfies, your healthy meals and inspiration. YOU my friend, are inspiring more people than you will ever know and might be the ONE thing someone needs to see to help them make the decision to start their journey, once and for all!

  • This week I am officially reminded of why I fell in love with my online, do it from the comfort of my own home, fitness programs. 
Today, I completed day 29/80 of this particular program, for the SECOND time.  One year ago I was doing the very same program and at this phase things got difficult and I wanted to stop.  Again today, the work got difficult.  Then the trainer reminded that "it does not get easier, you just get better." 💡 At that moment, this was so true.  I looked down at the weights in my hands and in front of me and realized the lightest and heaviest weights I was using were both DOUBLE what I had used the first time through the program! 
I love this program because it works and it inspires--you don't want to give up because you find the fun in the challenge and the success.  This stands true for the customized nutrition plan that has me eating all the right things, at just the right time, and in the right amount to keep my body fueled and energized for the entire day!!! With a different workout every day for 80 days you can ensure you're never bored or hit plateaus.  You're guaranteed to flatten and tone your abs, lift and firm your boo-tay, and tighten and tone your legs arms, chest, back and shoulders ADDING UP TO the transformation you've been looking for.  You might even become obsessed with the process and inspire others along the way. 
Today's leg day favorites hit the quads, glutes, and hamstrings with some strength (2 sets of 15 reps per exercise, per side) and a burn out that will have you saying you "hurt so good" later on, or even the next day.  Recommended equipment: medium weights and strength slides.

  • Let’s crush it this week! Happy Monday!

This flow is a challenge, and keeps me aware of my body and how it can always be improved upon. I think I am in great shape, and then I do a flow like this, and I am sore.  It’s a good thing though. When you are sore, you know you have challenged yourself. When you  keep challenging, you keep progressing! :

Right! Can I get a amen!  I agree so much with @kacia.fitzgerald There is so much power and having all these feelings! Whatever goal you set for this year 2020 or you’re in my Boot Camp and have certain goals for your health and fitness. I encourage you to honor that gut feeling you have your stomach why you started and challenge you to show up on the days you normally would say no or push it off a day. This is all totally part of the process and that confidence will come, that amazing routine that you set for yourself will come & your goals will be hit🙌🏻💪 all you need is the tools to help you get through & support . That can be in the community of women in my Boot Camp or even at home. Let your family know your goals. This way they can support you along the way. You Got this!!!   • What if you looked at your struggles as a privilege? 🧐

It is a privilege to have the opportunity to fail, to hit road blocks, to take a risk and lose, to take 3 steps forward and 2 steps back 🙌🏼 All of these things are HUGE signs you are doing the right things. Why? Because when you fail, it means you tried. When you hit a road block, it means you are moving forward. When you lose, it means you learned. And when you take 2 steps back, you know the next move will be 5 steps forward because now you know what NOT to do. 💯

So the next time you are thinking of all the obstacles in your way, replace the word obstacle with opportunity.
