In this post, I have tried to cover up the sour reality of bodybuilding. 
Bodybuilders have to maintain their calorie surplus to bulk up and for that, they turn up to fast foods🍔🍟 that are high in calories. 
Bodybuilders are often found to have used steroids💉 which makes the matter even worse. 

So, this pretty much sums up the whole story.

  • It's morning time, you just wake up and are comfortable on your bed. Some thoughts like: "You should workout", "I don't want to workout", "I workout later", start to come by to your mind. What do you do? 
Option 1: Stand up, dress up and workout. 
Option 2: Keep thinking about it but you don't anything about it. 
Option 3: Say that you will do it later but you end up getting busy with other stuff so at the end of the day you are exhausted and you have the perfect excuse to don't workout.

A big shoutout to everyone who messaged me to share that they feel inspired and have started working out recently. You guys are doing amazing and in no time this will become a part of your routine. We are lucky that there are so many trainers who share free workouts on Youtube. As requested, here are some of my favourite ones :

▪️Heather @heatherrobertsoncom : She’s my favourite and I am following her 12 week program currently. I am on the 10th week and I love this program. She has many other long and short videos depending upon which body part you’re targeting. She has introduced so many great exercises in her workouts which I had never done before. And ohhh, she doesn’t talk in her workouts, just great music which will actually pump you up 😍

▪️Hasfit @hasfit_official : I started working out with them in March and loved their workouts. They show the amount of calories expected to be burnt and that can help you choose the workout you wish to do. Another good part is that Coach Kozak shows the harder moves and Claudia the modified version. So you can easily switch between whichever version you wish to do.

▪️Maddie @madfit.ig : Absolutely love Maddie’s core and abs workouts. They are killer. Her workouts are short and intense. So beginners can definitely start with her short videos.

▪️Mrandmrsmuscle @mrandmrsmuscle : Just discovered them a few days ago. Tried a few of their workouts. They have paid programs too but there are many free videos to try. You can do one circuit or repeat it if you have more time. Great new moves in short workouts.

▪️Popsugar Fitness @popsugarfitness : One channel, so many amazing workouts. And best part that they rope in the celebrity trainers and those workouts are killer.

▪️Sidney @sydneycummings_ and Kassie @blogilates : Haven’t tried many workouts from them but worth mentioning.

A suggestion for everyone just starting out, always start with low impact exercises and when you have perfected your form move to the intense versions. And please don’t miss the warm up and cool down.

Who needs a gym when you can get fit at home? All you need is some motivation, yoga mat and good shoes 💪🏻
