It has been a long road, but I would never change anything about it. Years ago, food to me was a clutch, I was obsessed with it. My thoughts were always around food and what I would be eating next. If I was lonely, I ate. If I was sad, I ate. If I was stressed, I ate. I had no idea how to nourish myself properly. I grew frustrated and upset with myself and I made a goal to create healthier habits and to lose weight.

I started to feel motivated and determined. I had more energy and drive. Weight loss was going well until it took over my life. Not only was I not eating enough, I was deep into the binge/restrict cycle. I didn’t understand how to eat foods like ice cream and chocolate without going all in.

I realized this also was not healthy even though I was at my “goal weight”. My relationship with food was not good. When I started to understand how all foods can fit in a diet, eating felt like a breeze. I don’t stress anymore on what I eat. I am all about eating healthy and staying active but whats life if you stress every time you’re going to have some ice cream??

4 weeks with me! She had a goal and she's crushing it! She followed my instructions implemented everything I asked and BOOM! SUPER PROUD OF YOU ! She calls and text me when she wasn't sure of what to eat at times and 4 weeks later wow!

  • So I tried couple days the ADF (alternating day fasting)  and today onwards I will carry on with omad (one meal a day) 23+1 and I'll be posting again on a daily basis.  Yes I have seen the benefits of ADF but for a long run omad is more suitable for my lifestyle.   • 5/11 - 6/13 🤯 1 month progress 🥰 I’ve been going through the motions but some days it has been hard to see or even feel a difference but this has got me 🥰 totally feelin myself! Omg if 50 days can give me these results, I wonder what 100 truly would ♥️ My goal for the next round is to put a lot of focus towards my plate. My meals need the most help right now. Thank you soo for supporting me and cheering me. We’re not done yet BUT I am making progress 😜 Happy Transformation Tuesday!

With all of the info out there these days, it’s not easy to know what to do when it comes to nutrition 🤔

The best strategy is to keep things as simple as possible - oh and avoid crazy diets, cleanses and “fat loss” products 🙄

How much you eat will determine whether you gain or lose weight. If you’re in a caloric deficit, you’ll lose - in a caloric surplus, you’ll gain
.
WHAT you eat doesn’t matter too much. You can eat McDonald’s all day and lose weight. You can eat ice cream all day and lose weight - problem is that it’s hard to be in a caloric deficit when eating so many calorie dense foods
.
Let’s say you stay in a deficit while eating crap - you’ll lose weight, yes - but you’ll feel like shit
.
All calories are not equal. Whole foods contain important vitamins and micronutrients that junk foods do not
.
SO...if you want to lose weight - eat less than you burn
.
If you want to feel great - eat great quality food
.
If you want BOTH - well you know what to do 😏
.

Io che sono sempre stata scostante in tutto ora mi rendo conto di quanto non posso più fare a meno della mia sana routine quotidiana... un po’ di training, mangiare sano, prendermi del tempo per me stessa... 
In fondo questo vuol dire VOLERSI BENE ed è bellissimo 😍😍😍

One of my Fit Fam Gals in the Savory Squad Group came to me with a huge fear of bread. She would eat “healthy” snacks like “Protein” cheese/nut trays, do juice cleanses, and avoid bread at all costs. But she legit would NOT lose weight and was so freaking frustrated as to WHY nothing worked for her.😤
