  • For me food is a weakness. I have to be very discipline and plan everything out down to the macro. Some people can wing it I can not. Give me a inch with food I’ll take a mile and run even farther with it. I still have my moments with food where I give in and I regret it every time.   • LEGS + GLUTES 🍑

gym vs home modifications!

swipe to the end for bloopers lol 😂 OK I’m not the biggest fan of working out at home but don’t be fooled.. these are KILLER variations to hit the lower body that can be done in the comfort of your own place 😊

1️⃣ cable lunge to hip hinge x db lunge to hip hinge
dumbbells are a perfect substitution for cables since it requires stability and core engagement

2️⃣ cable sumo squat x db sumo squat
hold for 2 seconds at the bottom to engage more muscle fibres in the glutes

3️⃣ abduction machine x banded abductors
using a glute band is KEY here to put extra tension on the glutes!

4️⃣ leg extension x banded front squat
hold for 2-3 seconds to fire up the quads 🔥

5️⃣ hamstring curl with pulse x db deadlift with pulse
