Dobrze smakuje, sam i z dodatkami: sosy, sałatki... czy nawet kiedyś ziemniaki (o zgrozo, czasem tęsknię 😂) co by to nie było jest smacznie 😋 

Doprawiony kurczak najpierw ląduje na patelni, lekko podsmażony - do piekarnika na ok. 1 godzinę.
Tak mało roboty a tyyyle żarcia 😋

Simple, wenige Zutaten (Zucchini,  Zwiebel,  Knoblauch,  Tomaten,  Hähnchenfleisch)
aber großer Geschmack durch Gewürze, unter anderem, Ingwer.
Ich liebe es, wenn Gemüse noch knackig ist.

Schön scharf das Ganze 😁

Wenn du ein rohes Reiskorn mit den Stäbchen packen und damit durch den Garten rennen kannst, Glückwunsch, du kannst mit Stäbchen essen. (So ein chinesischer Mitschülerin der Berufsschule,  im Kochunterricht) 😁

  • Me every time I re-start Keto 😂 Here are some tips to make it easier for you if you’re just starting out or re-committing to Keto:

1). Don’t track macros yet. 

Keto usually means eating 20g carbs or less daily. But if you’re just starting out, I would suggest to get used to the way of keto eating. Stick to proteins, veggies, and healthy fats. 

2). Omit Starchy / Sugar Foods.

I would try to omit foods like: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cake, cookies, etc. I think we all know what these items are 😂 If you have to question it, it’s probably a no. “Is this triple chocolate caramel cookie brownie keto friendly?” GIRLLLLL 😂 (maybe like 1 tbsp of it 😂)

3). Avoid Low-Carb branded products (low carb tortillas, low carb ice cream, etc)

If you’re just starting out and trying to get rid of those carb cravings — replacing them with low-carb versions of it, can trigger you to eat the regular carby ones. If you can control yourself - great! But this can be a slippery slope for some people. Once you’re used to Keto, it should be ok to eat. 

4). Don’t forget your electrolytes! 

If you get sluggish / headaches when you start keto, it probably means you need electrolytes. I like Powerade Zero or Gatorade Zero with a pinch of salt. Or if I want something hot, I would grab one of those bouillon cubes and dissolve it in hot water and drink it. There are some brands that you can try as well like @goultima (raspberry is good!). 

5). But I miss sugar and sweets!

Me too! But there are some keto-friendly products out there, if you really want them. Of course if you’re diabetic like me, they can also increase your blood sugar, but everyone is different. Here I am 2yrs later this new fit healthy Version of myself that I love so much didn’t happen over night it took motivation, determination, consistency and patience!! I am still putting in work day in and day out to maintain this healthy lifestyle for myself and my family!! I’m training each day to gain more muscle and be more fit then just skinny!! I want to toned muscles!!! 
you are worth it all!! You just gotta believe that and not give up!! So let’s do it time to keep putting in the work and keep amazing yourself!! Have a wonderful Friday!!! ..

  • It's #facetofacefriday. I haven't reached my weight goal yet, but I've made tremendous progress. I used to be embarrassed by my before pictures. Now I embrace it as part of my journey. I am progress, not a number on the scale. I am making choices that improve my life. No matter where you are in your journey, take pride in yourself!

  • ✨Keto Instant Pot Cheesecake✨⠀

✨Ingredients for Crust
1 cup almond flour⠀
2.5T butter (melted)⠀
2T sweetener of choice (I used @lakanto golden)⠀
1/2tsp vanilla⠀
•⠀
Line & spray a 6 inch cake pan.⠀
Mix everything together. Add to your pan. Push down to form a crust.⠀
Set aside, I stick mine in the refrigerator till I’m ready for it.⠀
•⠀
✨Ingredients for Cheesecake filling
16 ounces room temp cream cheese⠀
2 eggs + 1 yolk room temp⠀
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream⠀
1/2 cup + 2T sweetener of choice⠀
1tsp vanilla⠀
1tsp sea salt⠀
•⠀
Cream together your softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sweetener, vanilla, & sea salt.⠀
Taste test for sweetness, add more if you want it sweeter. I’ve noticed that you want to over sweet baking dishes because the sweet bakes out of it. (If that makes sense)⠀
Now, add your eggs + yolk and mix them in.⠀
*note do not over mix. You just want to incorporate the eggs in.⠀
Add to your crust pan. Add a cut of paper towel to the top (collects moisture). Then cover with foil, tightly.⠀
•⠀
To your instant pot add 1.5 cups of water and your trivet. Place your cheesecake on top, close your instant pot.⠀
Set on manual mode 45 minutes, & 18 minutes natural pressure release.⠀
Once done it will be a little jiggly that’s ok. It’ll set over night and come it perfect 👌🏻⠀

✨Topping
1/2 cup sour cream⠀
2tsp sweetener (more if you like sweeter)⠀
1/2tsp vanilla⠀
Once cheesecake is done add this mixture to hot cheesecake.⠀
•⠀
Place on fridge for at least 24 hours. Less if you’re impatient 🙈😋⠀
•⠀
💥Baking it in an oven instead💥⠀
Same directions with crust and filling.⠀
Preheat over to 350 & bake for 35-45 minutes. Till the center is slightly jiggly only. Let cool, then place in fridge overnight.⠀
