Back to reality again
But it is kind of nice getting back to my routines again
Today I took the first powerwalk for over a week. The legs felt heavy at first But it became better along the way. And I managed to get a pretty Good time 
Then a simple But very tasty dinner and then some lovely selfcare/Facial.

Este fue mi almuerzo de hoy.

HAMBURGUESAS DE BROCOLI Y GARBANZO 🥦🥦🥦

Ingredientes:
🥦 2 tazas de brocoli cocido y desmenuzado.
🥦 2 tazas de garbanzos remojados y cocidos.
🥦 Queso rallado, el de tu preferencia.
🥦 1 puerro picado finamente.
🥦3/4 tazas de harina de quinua. 🥦 1 huevo.
Son cantidades aproximadas, aveces le aumento más harina o huevo para darle consistencia y que se apelmace la mezcla.
. 
Preparación:
Mezcla todo en un bowl, le confimentas al gusto, yo le puse ajo, pimienta y sal. Y forme las hamburguesas para luego llevarlas a refrigeración por 30 minutos. Las fries en aceite de oliva y listo 😋😋😋
Salen aproximadamente 11 del tamaño de la palma de la mano.
. 
El Garbanzo es una legumbre que personalmente me encanta, desde su olor cuando empieza a cocer... (algunos estarán así 🤢), 🤭🤭🤭 pero si, me encantan las legumbres, en definitiva todas. Creo que cada una le da un toque diferente a los platos.

  • Llevo todo el día viendo diferentes pizzas por aquí🍕 (será el día mundial de la pizza y yo sin darme cuenta? 🤔) y hasta me daba un poco de reparo compartiros la mía, pero ha sido la ganadora en la encuesta, así que aquí va!

🌮🍕🍔Con esta pizza quiero contaros algo, y es que tendemos a demonizar algunas comidas, por la visión social que hemos creado de estas.
Por ejemplo, una hamburguesa no es poco sana en sí, lo que hace que una hamburguesa sea una 💩 son los ingredientes que hemos/han seleccionado  para hacerla.Y lo mismo cocurriría con la pizza. 

🌟Si eliges los ingredientes adecuados dejará de ser un cheat meal, para ser parte de tu menú semanal. No crees que sales ganando?

Y con todo esto, aquí te dejo una pizza muy saludable que yo me hago casi todas las semanas. Eligiendo siempre harinas integrales y hecho en casa!

✨INGREDIENTES

La masa:
.
> 400 g harina integral de Trigo
> 15 g levadura de panadería
> 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
> 200 ml (Un vaso) de agua templada
> Sal
.
Los toppings
.
> Tomate natural triturado
> Queso bajo en sal
> Setas
> Pimiento verde
> Queso parmesano rallado
.

PASO A PASO
.
✨ En un bol ponemos los ingredientes secos, los mezclamos bien con una varilla y a continuación añadimos el aceite de oliva.
✨Seguidamente, vamos incorporando el vaso de agua tibia y amasamos poco a poco hasta que se quede una masa homogénea compacta, pero maleable.
✨Le damos forma de bola a la masa y le dejamos reposar durante una hora, tapada con un trapo.
✨Transcurrido ese tiempo, amasamos y le damos forma a nuestro pizza. A mí me gusta hacerla bien fina para que quede crujiente.
✨Le incorporamos los ingredientes que hemos elegido y lo ponemos en el horno durante unos 10-15 minutos.

Listo! Ya puedes disfrutar de una deliciosa pizza sin remordimiento y sabiendo que estás dándole a tu cuerpo ingredientes de gran calidad!

  • These keto cookies have been such a nice treat for me while on holiday! 🍪

Before going away I was worried about turning back to old habits and buying loads of chocolate and biscuits but it has been so handy to have this on standby when I didn't want to feel like I was missing out while everyone enjoyed their holiday treats.

I even heated one up in the oven for a few minutes and it was just soooo delicious! 🤤

Prep is key! But so is balance! 

This week hasn't been perfect or as good as I had hoped (so far) but I have made some good choices and some ok given that I am on holiday! 🏞

in two days my grandma and I canned almost 100 pounds of peaches for family members to have throughout the year. I kept a few to snack on and last night I grilled one for a sweet and savory burger and she was SO GOOD ⭐️ get the details below!!⁣
⁣
1 burger⁣
✨1 portabello⁣
~2 T olive oil⁣
garlic powder⁣
onion powder⁣
dried thyme⁣
salt⁣
⁣
•cut the stem of the portobello as close to the mushroom head as possible. place in a small shallow bowl/dish. drizzle the top of the mushroom with a little olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and salt. flip and repeat the process on the belly of the mushroom head (season this side more generously with oil, and spices). allow to absorb for 15-20 minutes. heat grill on medium heat. place on the grill mushroom top up and sear for 1-2 minutes. flip the portobello top down and allow to grill/cook covered for ~10 minutes. the mushroom will be done when soft and juices are visible in the belly of the mushroom.⁣
⁣
✨1/2 peach, cut into two thin pieces⁣
⁣
•lightly brush peach with oil and grill for about 1 minute on both sides.⁣
⁣
✨homemade dairy free pesto or store bought⁣
Makes ~1 cup pesto⁣
1 large bunch of basil⁣⁣⁣⁣
3 kale leaves to help it go further (optional)⁣⁣⁣
1/4 cup +2 T olive oil, more to thin⁣⁣⁣
4 cloves garlic⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 lemon, juiced⁣⁣⁣⁣
heaping 1/2 cup walnuts⁣⁣⁣ or cashews⁣
1 1/2 t salt⁣⁣⁣, or to taste ⁣
1 t pepper⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
•Into a food processor add your basil, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Process until all of the basil is chopped finely, scraping the sides. ⁣⁣Add in your salt, pepper, and walnuts. Process again until combined and walnuts are pulverized. ⁣⁣Give it a taste adding more salt, lemon juice, or olive oil to thin out if you feel it needs it. ⁣⁣⁣

serve everything on a bun (@happycampersgf ) with shredded greens, used napa cabbage, and (vegan) cheese if desired!

-go right back to your normal routine 
-drink lots of water & go get your sweat on- you more than likely had a much higher sodium intake than normal which in result leads to water retention (aka bloating...akathat’s why you think you gained lots of weight)
-fuel your body with nutrients & well balanced meals (it’s okay to eat carbs)
-above all else, jump right back into your normal routine and don’t get stuck in the mindset of “well I already messed up this weekend so what’s one more meal” cause that’s one meals turn into one more and one more

Buenas noches!!

Os traigo una idea reconfortante cuando hace frío , cuando estamos resfriados o ¡si simplemente te apetece una sopa sustanciosa y deliciosa!
Para mi se a convertido en uno de mis platos de cuchareo favorito porque esta increíble.

✨Ingredientes✨
* 50 gr mantequilla
* 2 cebollas picada muy finamente 
* Un trozo de apio cortado muy finamente
* Champiñones en láminas 
* 2 dientes de ajo picados
* 1 zanahoria en rodajas
* Sal rosa del Himalaya 
* Pimienta negra molida
* Zumo y ralladura de limón 
* 150 gr repollo verde cortado en tiras
* 400 gr de mejillones frescos
* Un puńado de cilantro fresco picado
* Fumet de pescado o vino blanco

1. Derretir la mantequilla en una olla grande.
3. Añadir la cebolla ,la zanahoria, el apio, los champiñones y el ajo a la olla con un poco de sal y de pimienta recién molida y cocinar de tres a cuatro minutos.
4. Volcar los mejillones en la olla de las verduras , poner el fuego al maximo y verter un poco de vino blanco o fumet de pescado. Ponemos la tapa a la olla y dejamos que se vayan abriendo los mejillones.
5. Cuando casi estén todos los mejillones abiertos ańadimos el cilantro picado,el zumo de limón y la ralladura.
6. Retirar los mejillones y cocinar a fuego lento hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
8. Añadir los mejillones y el repollo ya cocido previamente . Cocinar a fuego lento de 8 a 12 minutos más hasta que los "tallarines" de repollo estén tiernos.

    * Sal rosa del Himalaya
    * Pimienta negra molida
    * Zumo y ralladura de limón
    * 150 gr repollo verde cortado en tiras
    * 400 gr de mejillones frescos
    * Un puńado de cilantro fresco picado
    * Fumet de pescado o vino blanco

    1. Derretir la mantequilla en una olla grande.
    3. Añadir la cebolla ,la zanahoria, el apio, los champiñones y el ajo a la olla con un poco de sal y de pimienta recién molida y cocinar de tres a cuatro minutos.
    4. Volcar los mejillones en la olla de las verduras , poner el fuego al maximo y verter un poco de vino blanco o fumet de pescado. Ponemos la tapa a la olla y dejamos que se vayan abriendo los mejillones.
    5. Cuando casi estén todos los mejillones abiertos ańadimos el cilantro picado,el zumo de limón y la ralladura.
    6. Retirar los mejillones y cocinar a fuego lento hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
    8. Añadir los mejillones y el repollo ya cocido previamente . Cocinar a fuego lento de 8 a 12 minutos más hasta que los "tallarines" de repollo estén tiernos.

Still trying to perfect how to cook over easy eggs. I got pretty close with one of them today. I had two eggs on an everything bagel with avocado and added EBTB on top. Also fruit in summer is the best! I had a nectarine, sliced strawberries and blueberries!
