Today, I prepared raspberry jam in an easy, healthy and fast way... This jam requires nothing other than berries and honey ... I have put the raspberries in a covered saucepan over a low heat, added honey at the last moment and stirred it to finally get a healthy jam which does not differ from the ready-made jam in anything except that it is free of all preservatives.. 💚💚

اليوم قمت بتحضير مربى التوت الأحمر بطريقة سهلة وصحية وفي وقت فعلًا قياسي ... لن نحتاج لتحضير هذا المربى سوى التوت والعسل ... حيث قمت بوضع التوت في القدر على نار هادئة وتغطيته ثم إضافة العسل في اللحظات الأخيرة وتحريكه لنتحصل في النهاية على المربي الصحي بقوامه الذي لا يختلف عن المربى الجاهز في شيء إلا بخلوّه من كل المواد الحافظة.. 💚💚

  • Rice cakes 3 ways! First up (on the left) we have peanut butter topped with sliced banana and granola. On the bottom is mashed avocado with egg and everything but the bagel seasoning. On top is goat cheese with strawberry jelly and more goat cheese crumbled on top (yes I took a few bites out of this one before I could snap a pic🤦🏼‍♀️) This is my favorite breakfast for mornings where I don’t wake up craving anything specific. There is a mix of salty & sweet and altogether just some good flavor combos. 10/10 recommend if you are indecisive like me.

  • TORTA DE FRESA Y YOGURT 😍❤️ Esto quedó de maravilla, lo único malo es que no duro mucho de lo deliciosa que estaba 😂. Muy fácil de hacer y de sabor 20/10z. Queda esponjosa y suavecita 🙌🏽

Ingredientes:
2 Tazas de harina integral (puedes usar harina de avena).
2 Huevos normales o de linaza. 
1/2 Taza de leche de coco.
1/2 Taza de panela.
1/2 Taza de endulzante (yo use miel).
3 Cucharadas de tahini o mantequilla de almendras. 
2 Cucharadas de esencia de vainilla.
1 Cucharada de vinagre de manzana.
1 Cucharadita de polvo para honear.
1/2 Cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio.
6 Fresas grandes. 
3/4 De taza de yogurt de coco (puedes usar el que quieras). 

Preparación:
1. Bate las huevos muy bien hasta generar espuma. Agrega la panela, la miel y la esencia de vainilla. Sigue batiendo hasta obtener espuma.

2. Mezcla la leche de coco y el vinagre de manzana para hacer el butter milk; y agrégalo junto con el tahini. Sigue batiendo.

3. En otro bowl, tamiza la harina junto con el polvo para hornear, la sal y el bicarbonato de sodio. Incorpora suavemente de a dos tandas al primer bowl con los líquidos. Ve mezclando con una espátula hasta que no hayan grumos.

4. Finalmente, agrega el yogurt e intégralo hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.

5. Lava y corta las fresas en cubos pequeños, agrégalas a la mezcla. 

6. Traslada la mezcla a un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado. Encima puedes colocar mas fresas y alguna nuez (yo le puse macadamias).

7. Lleva a un horno previamente precalentado a 180C durante 30 a 40 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo esté salga limpio.

#deats gf toast (i had 2) with avocado sprinkled with pepper and my FAV everything but the bagel seasoning. it made the toast taste so much better. ( avocado toast is still good on its own.) with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

  • three words, TWENTY letters. Say them and I’m yours... Peanut butter and jelly!!! (I hope you get the reference or my soul will be crushed!) I was inspired by @wellnessbymary to spice up my oats today so the first thing that came to mind was PB & J, of course! The PB is simple, just @maranathanutbutters mixed with @sunwarrior protein. And the jelly is half a cup of strawbs and half a cup of bleubs microwaved and mashed. I added half a cup of oats, chia, flax and 2 cups of water and microwaved for a minute! Added cinnamon on top and boom! The most DELICIOUS and NUTRITIOUS breakfast! Special thanks to the Colombian exchange for making this post possible! Have a great weekend y’all!

    Ho preso ispirazione per la base da @aurora_castiello
    50 gr farina di avena (ho mischiato neutra con quella aromatizzata al cocco)
    10 gr farina di riso
    120 gr di albumi
    40 gr di yogurt di soia
    50 gr di banana schiacciata
    Un kiwi (sia nel l'impasto che per farcire)
    Idrolitina + acqua per lievitare

  • feeling grateful today for many things: my dog, my body and what it allows me to do, and that i live close to the beach (especially in such hot weather 🥵). and man, i really killed it with this breakfast this morning. here’s the #dEats for these easy figgy overnight oats: 
- soak overnight 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 cup @so_delicious pear/fig oat milk yogurt, and 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk.
- the next day, top it off with sliced figs and almond butter (i used @wild_friends brand)

  • so this combo basically runs through my veins. I swear, oats, banana, and frozen bluebs is the combo that makes the WORLD GO ROUND🙌🏻 started doing this during March bc I had a Costco sized bag of blueberries, and now I’m obsessed!! 
deEATS—> banana slices, frozen blueberries form costco (a GIANT bag is like 15 dollars for 4 lbs of organic blueberries, it’s insane), and your oats of choice (for me it’s ALWAYS @mush - this one is their coconut almond flavor and it smacks 🙌🏻) 
I love this breakfast because it’s soo easy and requires 0 effort, plus after a hefty spoonful of PB it keeps me full all morning! 
HAPPY FRIDAY YALL! I started packing yesterday and I am very overwhelmed. it’s kinda relaxing but also stressful, I have so much crap😂 no plans for today except packing and then the dentist (lol help). hope you all have a lovely day❤️

  • IMO, overnight oats are always a move, whether it’s 80 degrees or 20 degrees outside. I love overnight oats because the flavor combinations are endless, they require minimal effort in the morning, & they keep me full until lunch!!

CHOCOLATE BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS 🍫🍌
1/2C rolled oats
1/2C & 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 & 1/4 Tsp chia seeds
1/2 a very ripe banana, mashed (MUST be a spotty banana, since it’s the only source of sweetness in this recipe!)
1 scoop chocolate collagen (or sub 1 Tbsp cacao powder)

Add all ingredients to a sealable jar (or any container with a lid really, I’ve made them in tupperware before). Mix well. Cover/secure with the lid & refrigerate overnight! Eat them straight out of the jar in the morning or transfer to a bowl & add plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt!), raspberries, slivered almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, & a spoonful of peanut butter. I like to eat mine cold, but you could heat them up if you prefer! 💯

Cook around 1/2 lb. pasta. Meanwhile, add 1 tsp oil to pan with 1 onion finely chopped. Cook until translucent, add 1.5 cups corn, cook another 3 min. Add 3/4 pint sliced tomatoes. Add 2 cups cashews (that you've boiled in water for 15 min) to a blender with 2 cups of very warm vegetable broth, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp each dried basil, paprika or chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano. Add 1.5 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp thyme and turmeric (optional), and 3/4 - 1 tsp kosher salt to taste. Add optional 3 tsp nutritional yeast. Blend until very smooth and serve with hot pasta and veggie mixture. Top with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley if you have it.⠀⠀

Happy Friday, friends! It's definitely a good one for me, as I'm eagerly anticipating the weekend. Your gal has some good stuff happening:
1. Brunch with the squad after tomorrow's AM fitness.
2. Massage at @soul_flower_wellness 
3. New tattoo on Sunday! 
Otherwise, I'm just looking forward to relaxing for a hot minute. Next week is a planned de-load from my training, so I'll be decreasing my total volume; and giving my body some much needed time to recover after upping my intensity this past month. 👌 
Anyway, I think that's about it. Gotta take a shower and run to work soon. 👍 Hope everyone has a great day! Xoxo
