  • Being a coach and being committed to these workouts has given me so much. I am now able to go hiking every weekend with my girls and just enjoy the outdoors. At my heaviest I was hardly able to walk. I am so grateful for this community and these workouts that have changed my life forever.

  • 🍜🌶10 minute stir fry🥕🍜

Honestly stir fries are hands down my favourite quick meal to make. If I am in a rush or very hungry I just chuck loads of veggies into a pan and add some sauce and noodles
.
🌱deats🌱
-chop some veggies -> peppers, cucumber and carrot
-fry some chicken or @quorn_uk on a greesed pan for a while then add the veg
-for the sauce -> just mix some soy sauce with garlic, ginger, maple syrup, plain yogurt and salt and pepper
-add the sauce and noodles to the veg mix
-serve and enjoy💫

🍄 MUSHROOM CHEESE OMELETTE  মাশরুম চিজ ওমলেট 🧀

Ingredients :
• 5 button mushrooms
• salt to taste
• ground white pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil for frying mushrooms
• 1 sliced onion 
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 teaspoon butter for frying eggs
• cheese of your choice (I used 1 slice classic cheese & some mozzarella)

Preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices & onion into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, crack in the eggs, spoon in milk, season with salt and ground white pepper. Beat the ingredients until combined.
3. In a frying pan on medium-high heat, pour in the cooking oil.
4. Once the cooking oil is hot stir in the mushrooms, season with salt, and ground white pepper. Stir-fry until mushrooms are cooked & then transfer into a dish and set aside.
5. In the pan on low heat, melt the butter.
6. Once the butter has melted, pour in eggs mixture.
7. Place the slice cheddar cheese onto the eggs.
8. Once the eggs mixture is almost cooked, Place the stir-fried mushrooms onto just half of the omelette.
9. Using a spatula fold the mushroom omelette in half. Continue frying the omelette until cooked for about 1 to 2 minutes.
10. Transfer the mushroom omelette into a serving plate, ENJOY!
