🥵Difficulty level: 9/10. The moves aren’t super difficult to master, but MAN was I out of breath!!! I was sweating sooo much by the end of the workout!

⭐️Overall rating: 9/10. I really liked this cardio focused workout! There are also some strength moves in a couple circuits which I liked too!

💛Best attribute: I like the tabata style because you only perform each move for 20 seconds, so you can really put your all into each circuit without having to stop & rest! Because of the style of this workout, you do perform each move three times. So there is definitely repetition.

Not sure who needs to hear this today, but stop fearing change and embrace it☝🏻

Things can always seem so much worse at the time like losing your job, loss of a friendship/relationship, weight fluctuation, etc. Sometimes you think you won’t come out the other side but you 10000% will, and you’ll be so much stronger. Change is amazing for personal growth & we are always changing with the times, therefore circumstances around us are bound to. So many exciting experiences can come from a slight shift & I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason. This post can relate to ANYTHING, but change can also be a little scary when it comes to fitness! For example, deciding you want to build muscle and therefore need to up your calorie intake or even wanting to relax a little on your diet. It can be intimidating, but if you want to reach a goal there are certain things you have to do. When weight starts fluctuating, we often panic in this day and age but we all need to remind ourselves that a fitness journey is not linear and our bodies are going to change which is NORMAL🌈

In these uncertain times, try not to fear the unknown and live in the moment more!There is absolutely no point in worrying about things that are not under your control, it is unhelpful and a waste of your time. Make it your goal to try and be more present & stop overthinking!! You will be so thankful to yourself🤍🤍

  • Helemaal in mijn eentje in een lege, koele en stille sportschool. Blijer kun je me eigenlijk niet maken! Heerlijk om te ontprikkelen en als bijkomend voordeel kon ik nu ongenereed naar mezelf en mijn tattoo in de spiegels kijken. 😜

Door een combinatie van de hitte, gebroken nachten en ik denk ook wel onbewust mentale spanning voel ik me sinds dinsdag heel erg moe maar nu in de gym voelde ik me eigenlijk verrassend goed en sterk! Daar is nooit een pijl op te trekken. Dit was verder het 3e setje dat ik deed van 5×80 kg en daar ben ik zeker niet ontevreden over. 🥰

Heb jij nog getraind vandaag? Daarbij wil ik benadrukken dat het ook helemaal geen verkeerd idee is om dat met deze hitte niet te doen, net zoals ik dat afgelopen dagen ook niet deed. Je lichaam moet al hard genoeg werken! 🏋🏻‍♀️

I’ve been dealing with my fear since I can remember, social anxiety. I’ve been told that I act weird, I’m boring, rude because I don’t interact.
social anxiety doesn’t pick and choose! I’m like this even with my closest friends and family. Imagine being fearful of being judged by everyone who comes in contact with you whether it is in person or online and even on the phone with someone.
Why the hell did I choose to create a YouTube channel?!? It’s part of my process and that is how I’m dealing with overcoming my fear if that makes sense. Being watched by thousands isn’t something I’m excited for but it’s how I’m going to beat this. I'm very proud of myself because I’ve been meeting and conversing with great people ever since I started my YouTube channel and growing my IG, something I wouldn’t have tried doing before.  My point is...it takes time but it’s possible to overcome.
I gathered some tips that may help anyone who is going through the same thing as I am or maybe trying to overcome something else.

1. Acknowledge your fear and write it down.
2. Feel the fear Allow yourself to feel it. It’s a part of you, but it doesn’t control you.
3. Ask yourself: what’s the worst thing that can happen? Often it’s not as bad as we think.
4. Be in the moment. Fear of failure (and other similar fears) are fears of the future.
5. Small steps. Start small. Do something you know you can do.
6. Celebrate every success! Make a note of every single thing you do right, even the smallest little thing.

  • I’ve been a little MIA on here for the past week... tbh I’ve just been super anxious. Every time I think about going to college I get a wave of anxiety. I’m sooo happy with my life right now and where I’m at, that I’m afraid that a HUGE change, like going to college, is going to mess it up. It’s not that I don’t like change, but change just scares me. I just want to stay at this high that I’m at right now ya know? 

But, change=new opportunities, growth, and relationships. 

I’ve been crying at least twice a day because of how much I’ll miss my friends. They are my life, and not seeing them every week hurts my heart. They’re not longer up the street. I can’t just text them “wanna sleepover tonight?” I’m going to miss them so much. I have no deep connections with anyone going to Kent. I have to completely start over with everyone, which stresses me out. 

Yes I’m very outgoing and will have no trouble making friends (if I find people who don’t annoy me lol 💀) but another thing I stress tf over is the fact that the government is making it 10x harder to meet people. I have to wear a face masks all the time. Half of my classes are online. And the ones that are still in person: 6ff apart, and face masks. Sorry but how am I supposed to try and make a connection with  someone when I can’t see half of their face?!

It’s bad enough that I had no graduation and end of senior year, and now covids trying ruin some of the best years of life. Freshman year should be exciting and I should be excited... 

I know it’ll all work out, but my mind just worries about the future sometimes. 

I feel like my life is just about to flip upside down. Maybe I need this change. I need this growth. I know I do. 

Here’s to new beginnings.

Did not want to get a workout done but we got it in. Update: I’m not hitting my steps, nor my water intake goals I’ve set for myself, and you know what?? I’m not mad abt it! It’s a super busy and productive work week, and I’m getting in every single strength session (and have for almost 5 months straight) which is WAY more than I can say for myself over the past 10 years😝.

With this heat we were still able to push ourselves and you may find you body actually enjoys the stretches a little longer. Can we name it hot pilates now?😂

  • when I was younger I grew up hating my body. I was around girls with a naturally smaller frame than me and always wondered why I couldn’t be that “skinny.” in 8th grade I was so tired of being “fat” that I would throw away the lunch my dad had packed for me and tell everyone I already ate, thinking that’d help me become skinnier. 
I remember being disgusted and so upset every time my thighs rubbed together, hating my thighs because of stretch marks, constantly comparing myself to other girls, and crying because of the way my body looked. it took me a longgg time to realize that there was and still is absolutely nothing wrong with my body. I took this body God blessed me with and I now use it to my advantage and put it towards something I love with my whole heart, bodybuilding.

As if dieting means, “only green and leafy foods,” automatically ruling out any foods you may enjoy

(There will be times that you’re hungry, but being miserable shouldn’t be expected)
Are you prepping to go on stage for a competition?
No. Then why are you planning to eat like you are?
Calories in vs calories out will always be the biggest factor when it comes to weight loss but that’s more to explain and I wanted to not make this a ginormous post
Long story short, you’re wanting to make a lifestyle change, right?🧐
So rather than cutting out every ‘fun’ food and potentially causing yourself to binge when your cravings become too much
Work on your portion control and relationship with the foods you enjoy
Weight loss is a marathon, not a race❤️

P.s. if you know anyone on a diet, do not shame them
It takes courage to say, “hey I need to make a change and do better”

If you'd read my previous posts captions which I've posted in last few few days on feed. I can't stress enough how important is to try/strive to be the best version of YOU!!!! We all are unique and amazing,  don't try to look at others and think '' I WISH I LOOKED LIKE THEM.'' Because it's a totally waste of time, because we all know it never gonna happen, we all are different and have different and amazing passions or interests.  Instead of looking at others.... use that time, invest into yourself and start working on yourself!!! 

You can take your ideals ideas and help but then you have to put them into your daily life.

Nothing will gonna work until you do, no one can do that for you, you have to be out of your comfort zone to see the best progress of yourself. 

Start working on yourself, Be the best version of yourself!!!!!

When I've started posting on my page , I want to be REALISTIC here want to be HONEST.... and decided to share my journey....thoughts with everyone!!!!
