  • What’s everyone’s plans when the gyms reopen on the 25th are you gonna return or carry on training from home?

I’ve got quite a bit equipment at home but I can’t wait to be able to use cables and machines again. Also I can’t wait to be able to use any amount of weight again so I can carry on progressing in exercises.

Returning to gym isn’t just about getting certain equipment back. I’ve missed the social aspect and the atmosphere you get in the gyms.

My new plan for when I return to the gym will be coming out soon so keep a watch out for that💪🏻

Para la rutina de hoy, elegí trabajar con bandas, que me parecen súper funcionales y versátiles...amo las bandas 😍

Para los que les gusta tener los hombritos marcados, esta rutina es ideal.. háganla y después me cuentan 😉

Hagan entre 3 y 4 series de 15 repeticiones, excepto las lagartijas, de esas hagan 6/8 (con o sin apoyo de rodillas, como puedan) ➡️ En mi feed hay un post del avance en lagartijas

  • I got in a lighter leg day workout today. It’s important to not always go so heavy especially if you’re still a bit sore from a previous leg workout. I had a heavier leg day on Tuesday so today I went a bit lighter either way my legs were shaking. lol 
Trying to grow these hammies!!! Slowly by surely! I got this! ☺️💪🏼

— asking myself, “is what I’m doing coming from a place of love, or selfishness, or other things?”
— asking myself, “does this truly make me happy? If not, is it worth sacrificing my well-being? Can I put this energy elsewhere?”💫-
— appreciating hard work. Whether it’s lifting, literally working, or anything else, work humbles you. Setting goals and reaching them is the best part.
— making sure my actions line up with my values as best I can✨.
— never ever sacrificing my well-being, sanity or worth to meet others’ expectations or standards. Heck to the no :)a lot of people expect you to be more like them and paint an image of who you should be, and penalize you for not being so. Stay true to yourself, we are all on our own journeys.
— Making mistakes and learning builds character. Experience empowers you with knowledge and wisdom. Seeking a perfect life is not only unrealistic but also miserable and not educational🧠~
•these are just a few things I wanted to share with you all, I hope you take some of this wisdom and can apply it in your life•
