Ramai yang tanya , betul ke pakai girdle pants pun dah boleh kurus 🤔 ? 

Iyya . Korang pakai je pun dah boleh kurus 😱 . Yang pasti korang kena pakai selama 8 jam sehari , lebih lagi bagus 😙 . Bila korang pakai ni , korang jadi akan mudah kenyang tau . Jadi korang makan sikit je pun dah kenyang 😁 . 
Lagi satu , kalau workout smbil pakai girdle ni lagi la cepat kesannya tauu . Dalam beberapa hari pun dah nmpak kurus , perut tk buncit 🥰 

Wanyy bukan cakap main2 tau , wanyy dah guna girdle pants ni . Sbb tu wanyy boleh cakap feedback macam tuu . 🤗

Memang berbaloi korang beli girdle pants ni , dah la murah pastu selesa bila pakai , tak rasa panas , tak rasa ape2 bila pakai sbb kain dia lembut jee 😇

With our busy lifestyle these days, many of us forget that our physical body is the only thing that will truely stay with us until the end. 
We burden our system with the wrong, energy-depriving foods way too often and the toxic mix of stress and a lack of sleep make many of us prone to avoidable sickness. .

Even though our powerful immune system is naturally designed to protect us from all kinds of invaders, we need to learn to actively strengthen it on a daily basis!
.
Why exactly this vital information has been excluded entirely from the many advices, restrictions & regulations given to us by government agencies during the global outbreak of Covid-19 is hard to understand.
.
Since starting our personal health journey about 10 years ago - after receiving some scary diagnoses and results - we have learnt a lot and continue to do so on a daily basis. 
We would love to share these learnings with you below. Hopefully you might feel inspired to include some of them into your life as well or you might want to add to the list? (Please feel free share them with all of us in the comments below)

1. Sleep 8-9 hours every night 💤 
2. Drink lots & lots of water 💦 
3. Choose a healthy, fresh, unprocessed, colourful diet 🥦
4. Spend time in nature 🌳 
5. Surround yourself with good  people and laugh a lot 😆 
6. Read 📖 
7. Learn to meditate & practise daily🧘🏽‍♂️ 8. Exercise (practise yoga, surf, run, swim, skip, hop or jump - just move) 🏃🏽‍♂️
9. Choose natural body care products 🌱
10. Limit alcohol consumption 🍷 .

Following these simple steps will put you on a new path to health & vitality and ultimately a joyful life. .
