  • I've been really struggling with motivation recently. I'm at a stage where I'm still not completely happy with how I look, but I'm content, it only bothers me, when I'm not covered up. Clothes hide the parts I don't like. It was really hard to not just give up this morning, and I wonder if this is just now as far as I go?!?

  • What do you do when people won't stop trying to talk to you? Throw on the blast suit and look like you're doing something dangerous 😂😂 looking good boss! 

All jokes aside, we take safety seriously and do everything we can to ensure all tasks we carry out are done as safely as possible, even something that sounds as easy as isolating a switchboard has the potential to turn dangerous pretty quickly.

🏋🏿Тренирую их 2-3 раза в неделю, а так же подключаю в эту тренировку бицепс/трицепс, задний пучок дельты и передний. Перед тренировкой подтягиваюсь с собственным весом на максимум(5-6р😂) разным хватом 4-5 подходов, а после пару подходов в гравитроне на 15-12 повторов. Плюс суставная разминка, или с резинками.

✅Это вариант одной из тренировок. 4 подхода по 20-15 повторений каждое упражнение. Отдых между подходами 40сек - 1 мин. Между упражнениями 1,5мин. 🔥Ваши мышцы должны гореть и наливаться, долго отдыхать не стоит🔥 Вариантов тренировок на дельты огромное количество, и для красивого оформления верха тела очень важно задействовать и проработать каждый пучок этой группы мышц✅

IDEAL para entrenar cuando tenes POCO tiempo y queres hacer algo bien intenso Y QUE SIRVA!! 
Sirve para entrenar muchos grupos musculares al mismo tiempo, acelerar el metabolismo y quemar grasa. 
LA CLAVE DEL ENTRENAMIENTO SIEMPRE ES LA INTENSIDAD! Así que hacé de cada ejercicio las repeticiones o el tiempo que necesites para cansarte! Según lo entrenado que estés podes hacer desde 20 segundos a 40” o entre 10 y 30 repeticiones. 
A modo GENERAL te recomiendo 
👉🏾 Pelota de 2 a 5 kg 
👉🏾 Si lo hacés POR TIEMPO: 30 segundos de c/ ejercicio o POR REPETICIONES: 1ro 30 reps - 2do 15 reps - 3ro 10 reps - 4to 20 reps 
👉🏾 3 series de todo previa entrada en calor y después elongar ❤️🙌

    1 Minute A Frame Russian Twist (alternative shown when this DB got too heavy)

Omg these works I did it yesterday with my zoom classes literally killed me and I still feel my bum! 
 
Pick few that you like and do 10times on each side ( you’re welcome to do more of course) 3set! 

You will feel your bum for the next 2 days at least!
