hoy vuelvo con esta deliciosa frittata 😍
•
Ingredientes:
verduras al gusto (yo he usado 1/4 de cebolla, medio pimiento verde, medio calabacín y una zanahoria)  veggies to taste (i used 1/4 an onion, half a green pepper, half a courgette and one carrot) 
4 huevos  4 eggs
AOVE  olive oil 
sal y orégano  salt and oregano
queso rallado al gusto  grated cheese to taste

Qué hacer:
1) En un cazo, pon a calentar un par de cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
2) Corta todas las verduras y rehoga a fuego lento en el cazo. 
3) Bate los huevos y aparta. Engrasa una fuente de horno con un poco de mantequilla.
4) Vierte primero los huevos en el cazo (con el fuego ya apagado y habiendo dejado reposar las verduras).
5) Aliña al gusto con sal y orégano.
6) Una vez mezclado todo, vierte sobre la bandeja preparada de horno.
7) Cocina a 180°C unos 20 minutos hasta que los bordes estén doraditos.
8) Que aproveche !! 💗

2) Chop the veggies and cook at low heat in the pot.
3) Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside. Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with a bit of butter.
4) Pour the eggs into the pot (having previously let the veggies rest for a bit).
5) Add the salt and oregano to taste and mix.
6) Pour the mix on the baking dish.
7) Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy golden.
8) Enjoy !! 💗

  • Frittata di riso😋ricetta facile e golosa.
Lessare 250g di riso e una volta scolato mette una bustina di zafferano,mescolare.
Quando si è raffreddato aggiungere 3 uova intere già sbattute e salate,le olive a rondelle,lo speck a strisce spesse e mozzarella.potete mettere il formaggio che più vi piace in sostituzione della mozzarella.
Mescolare bene.
Mettere in una padella antiaderente con un po' d'olio d'oliva,fare cuocere da un lato e poi l'atro. Buon appetito 😋#frittata

  • Ecco un piatto della cucina napoletana!
Questa è la frittata che le mamme (o nonne) di una volta preparavano all'alba per la loro numerosa famiglia quando andavano al mare o a fare una scampagnata.
La ricetta è semplice ma la difficoltà sta nel saperla cuocere e rigirare, in modo che si presenti perfetta come la mia! 😉
Ingredienti:
400 gr di spaghetti o vermicelli,
4 uova,
100 gr parmigiano reggiano o grana padano grattugiato,
sale, pepe e, facoltativo, prezzemolo tritato.
Se ci aggiungete tanto, tanto amore allora l'estasi golosa è assicurata! 😋

The recipe is simple but the difficulty lies in knowing how to cook and turn it, so that it looks perfect like mine! 😉
Ingredients:

100 gr of greated parmigiano reggiano or grana padano,

•handful of spinach 🥬
•splash of milk🥛 (10g)
•30g cheese 🧀
⬆️Preaheat the oven to 200°C and prepare an oven proof skillet or a pan...
Put the spinach on a pan with a tsp of water and cover. Then beat the eggs and add a splash of milk and add the mixture to the pan. When the top layer becomes a bit more hard, add the cheese slices and and cook on medium heat untill the bottom cooks nicely. Then preheat the oven to 200°C and add this thing in it for 5 minutes or until the top rises a little bit and gets a little hit brown color.

Not a savoury breakfast girl, but last sunday, my dad's oven proof cute little "skillet" was calling me and I just had to make this cheesy delicious frittata😍!

•3 jajca🥚
•polna pest špinače 🥬
•malo mleka🥛 (10g)
•30g sira🧀
⬆️Pečico segrej na 200°C in pripravi ponev, skillet, ki ga lahko daš v pečico.
Podušiš špinačo na ponvi. Jajca in malo mleka zmešaš in dodaš v ponev. Ko se zgornja plast malce strdi dodaš koščke sira in kuhaš na srednji temperaturi dokler se skuha skoraj do konca. Nato daš v pečico na 200°C za 5 minut, oziroma dokler malo ne naraste in postane malček zapečeno rjave barve.

  • Having ducks as pets means #frittata happens a lot here.

Keeping it #fatiguefriendly and simple I skip the diced potato and use two cans of broad beans instead.

We eat this with a leafy salad, often "washed and ready to eat" and straight from a bag.

Again pre-prepped is your friend here. Dicing chorizo leaves my arms useless for anything else but you could save money by doing it yourself if you can. 

Chorizo frittata

Serves four as a filling main meal

Pre-heat the oven to 180 c (fan or 200c conventional)

Line a large oven dish with baking parchment 

Sauté one large diced onion and a 150g pack of diced chorizo then drain off the oil and spread over the bottom of the oven dish.

Rinse and drain two cans of broadbeans and add to the dish

Stir it all together evently.

In a mixing jug add six large eggs (we use duck but chicken is fine), 3 tablespoons (or a glug) of milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, one heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika and a sprinkle of chopped parsley (I use frozen). Whisk with a fork until combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the beans and meat and stir around to allow the egg to reach the bottom.

Sprinkle a scant layer of strong, grated cheddar on the top and pop in the oven until firm to the touch and browned on top (roughly half an hour).

Potrzeba niewiele składników aby śniadanie było pyszne i sycące 🙂.
Frittata smakuje również dobrze z cukinią , szynką ,lub pieczarkami ...wystarczy odrobina fantazji 🤩
Poniżej przepis ⬇️

Składniki:
- 8  jajek m
- 4 pełne łyżki tartego parmezanu lub innego twardego sera,
np. grana padano 
- 1 czerwona papryka
- 1 średnia cebula
- garść posiekanych świeżych ziół, np. bazylii,
natki pietruszki, oregano
- pieprz, sól
- oliwa z oliwek, do smażenia
Wykonanie :
Paprykę umyć, przekroić na pół, wyjąć gniazdo nasienne i pestki. Pokroić w dość dużą kostkę (ok. 2 cm).
Cebulę obrać, pokroić w piórka.
Na dużej patelni rozgrzać oliwę (ok. 2 łyżki). Wrzucić warzywa i podsmażyć na małym ogniu przez ok. 5 minut, aż lekko zmiękną.
Jajka umyć, wbić do miski. Dodać parmezan, zioła oraz sól i pieprz do smaku. Składniki połączyć widelcem, jednocześnie starając się jak najlepiej ubić jajka.
Masę jajeczną wylać na podsmażone warzywa. Zwiększyć ogień i po ok. 15 sekundach wszystkie składniki wymieszać. Ponownie zmniejszyć ogień i smażyć frittatę pod przykryciem aż wierzch lekko się zetnie.

    Masę jajeczną wylać na podsmażone warzywa. Zwiększyć ogień i po ok. 15 sekundach wszystkie składniki wymieszać. Ponownie zmniejszyć ogień i smażyć frittatę pod przykryciem aż wierzch lekko się zetnie.

3枚目、初めてトレーダージョーズで買ったカンパオチキンモチボール。はじめはまん丸でしたが、トースターで焼くとペシャンとなりました。食べた感想はまさにディムサム(飲茶)😋お餅自体に甘みがありモチモチ。中の具はあまり主張してこない感じで少し物足りませんが、美味しかったのでまたリピートしたいです👍🏻

This weekend, I made an incredible Baked Frittata topped with Zucchini Blossom from leftover veggies I had 👨🏻‍🍳 Dishes like this save a lot of time + money by utilizing produce that may otherwise go unused. Also makes a perfect lunch or dinner!!

To make: Blend eggs, ricotta, parm-reg, thyme, S+P together well then add in sliced zucchini, spinach, tomatoes (or whatever veg you have) and pour into oven-safe dish. I baked mine at 375 F for about 50 minutes but baking time will change, just check for it to be fully cooked through the middle (you know I don’t do formal recipes around here!) I topped mine with zucchini blossoms 🌼⠀

Bonus: Eggs Yolks were once thought to be harmful to health and raise cholesterol, however much like the rest of nutrition science, that has since changed and now we know it to be a very healthy source of healthy fats and vital nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin that support eye and brain health!

MENTA  q.b [ se vi piace]
PARMIGIANO 3 CUCCHIAI 
SALMONE AFFUMICATO Q.B.
Crescenza/ Stracchino q.b.

PROCEDIMENTO
Tagliate a julienne le zucchine.
Mettete le zucchine in una ciotola con le uova,aromi,parmigiano,sale,pepe.
Accendete il forno modalità statico a 180°
Rivestite una teglia rettangolare con della carta forno. La frittata deve cuocere in forno per circa 20/25 minuti controllate la cottura non deve diventare secca. Appena la sfornate fatela raffreddare. Una volta fredda farcitela con della crescenza e del salmone affumicato. Avvolgetela nella pellicola trasparente  per alimenti,  modalità salsicciotto è sistematela nel frigo un oretta. Dopodiché tiratela fuori dal frigo e tagliatela a girelle.

  • It’s been a very productive week here!  We got the news that the boys will be going back to school at the end of August! I have been stocking up on school supplies and uniforms and getting ready for baby.  A productive week means simple healthy meals here! ⁣
⁣
Summer Frittata: ⁣
8 eggs ⁣
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ⁣
1/4 nutritional yeast (optional) ⁣
2 small zucchini sliced ⁣
3 tomatoes on the vine sliced ⁣
1/2 sweet onion diced ⁣
1 clove garlic ⁣
Salt and pepper to taste ⁣
Fresh basil ⁣
1 Tbsp olive oil ⁣
Method:  preheat oven to 400.  Heat heavy oven safe pan over medium low flame @lodgecastiron .  Add 1 tbsp olive oil, sweet onion and garlic and sauté for about 3-5 minutes.  Then add zucchini and cook for an additional few minutes.  Whisk together eggs and milk and add them to the pan.  Cook eggs for about 2-3 minutes swirling pan so edges of eggs set.  Layer tomato slices on top and place in oven for about 12 minutes until it is set.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs such as basil.  Serve at room temp.  Stores well in fridge for 3 days. ⁣

  • Sometimes you just have to get back to basics...I can’t say the roast potato I left on my plate yesterday didn’t run through my mind whilst eating this though 😂

I was going to recommend the vege burgers but they were like cardboard, there’s so many better around that I will get the ones I love from @aldiuk and post them when I do! 

I love vege burgers on salad as a quick, yummy, healthy, zero fuss dinner!  They are also really good with mayo when you are hungover but trying not to go mad so I always have them in my freezer! 

This whole salad with avocado is around 400 calories 💁🏼‍♀️
