  • Leg day Friday!! Had a good workout today. Definitely got sweaty!!! Got my workout in and then I had to get home and get ready for work. Booooo! 😢 😢😢

It’s day 2 and I’m feeling even better today. Withdrawals are subsiding and that was my biggest problem. I consider it to be going well. I’m not feeling bloated and I love it when I don’t feel “puffy” 😁. Once I get through the first week I’ll be good. It’s always hard the first week. It’s hard but I’ll get through it!❤️❤️❤️

  • Before God, marriage, kids. I was all about alcohol and care less about my health. I will always clubbing and never want to missed the last call for alcohol. Today I am following God, married, have 5 kids and care about my health and my family. They are the reason I am sacrificing my time to checkin to any camp with @campgladiator. Last call for camp today was at 7:00 pm with Trainer Audrey Higgins. Thank God I get to join in with them. It was amazing, it’s worth checking in.

🤍HIP THRUST start with a light weight and do 10 rep. Each set you want to increase the weight until you have reached your working weight once you are at your working weight  do 4x8 
Focus on the movement and don’t go to fast . 
🤍GOOD MORNINGS 4x10 find a weight that you know you can do for Multiple reps. 
🤍STRAIGHT RDLS 4x10 
🤍 REVERSES LUNGE each leg 4x10 
🤍 hamstring curls 4x10

  • FriYAY fun with some hill reps 🥳 i’ve been avoiding this session for over a month! Since I’ve been feeling like i’m not getting in enough leg strengthening lately I convinced myself to get to the causeway for a 2-in-1 workout today—vO2 max + strength training all at the same time 💪🏼 on my warm up to the causeway, I get it into my head that 2-minute repeats is not so bad, but then within the first 30 seconds of almost sprinting uphill, it starts to seem like forever 😩 i got it done, though, and I’m feeling fantastic for it!

30 mins easy •
6x 2 mins uphill @ 90-95% w/ 400m downhill jog •
30 mins easy •
⚡️10.15 miles for the day

My current daily routine basically involves working from home, looking after my son, going to the gym, painting, and doing my online L2 course with @origym_coe 🙌🏼 it should be finished soon I hope!

So grateful I get to do all those things! 🙏🏻 Lately, I’ve been actively seeking to practice gratefulness and implement a positive mindset on a daily basis. Living a healthy and productive life is a privilege I intend to celebrate✨
