-1kg Rinderhack in 2 gleiche Teile teilen
-Mit Rub der Wahl würzen (hier Mediterran von @bbqausrheinhessen und Cherry Bomb von @donmarcosbbq )
-Jetzt in 8 gleiche Teile teilen
-Platt drücken und je 4 Hälften von kleinen Mozzarella auflegen
-Dann 8 Würste formen, so dass der Mozzarella komplett umschlossen ist
-Dann jede Rakete mit 2-3 Scheiben Bacon umwickeln
-Grill auf 180°C aufheizen
-Raketen indirekt auflegen
-Wenn der Bacon eine schön geröstete Farbe angenommen hat, mit BBQ Sauce nach Wahl (hier Classic von @bbque ) für 5-10 min glazen
-> Ab auf den Teller, mit Frühlingszwiebeln garnieren und reinballern!

  • Maaaaaan this heat is getting to me now... 🥵😖🌩 Splitting headache, so much so that I couldn’t even come up with a decent opening pun...toooo which you may well respond “oh, you must suffer from headaches every day then do you?!” 🤪 Fair. I toyed with some ‘Ramen Electra’ material to do with the lightening but it was weak, even by my standards... ⚡️ What certainly isn’t lacking in POWER is this lil pot of @bonedaddies THUNDER from Nottingham-based guest chefs @homeboysuk who are chucking in SMOKED LAMB SHOULDER, LAMB SAUSAGE, NOODLES, SOY EGG & COCK SCRATCHING!   • It was Mazi’s birthday! After leaving hell we didn't have a chance to eat some devilish foods. Mazi was craving for isso after living in hell for a long time. So without thinking twice I took Mazi to the perfect place to have some perfect isso & fish (hoomans call them seafood). 

The place was a little crowded by the time we got there, Mazi chose the corner table for our lunch. They had a variety of isso based dishes on their menu, Mazi and I were in trouble choosing what to eat and drink.

Finally after looking at their menu for 5mins we’ve ordered Isso Nasi Goreng, fish and chips, Orange + Lemongrass Lemonade and an iced milo. We had a little evil chat until our food arrived. <3

Isso Nasi Goreng was covered with a yummy bulls eye egg, came with prawn crackers and prawn satay covered with peanut sauce. Presentation was nice, tidy and tiIt. The rice itself had prawns cut-up and the presence of prawns was more than what we expected. The peanut sauce went well with the Isso and gave it a salty, sweet and a nutty blend. It was a bit spicy for Luzz but yummy. Luzz finished his Iced milo within 2 seconds after having this spicy Nasi Goreng .

The iced milo was perfectly layered, topped off with powdered milo and then in the bottom, a thick layer of milo. Stir it up and it’s a great way to cool down from this devilish hot weather in colombo and from the spicy nasi. (and the hotness of Mazi <3)

Fish and chips came with a slice of lemon and a bowl of tartar sauce. Combination of the tartar sauce, lemon and fish was amazing. The chips were crunchy and made a perfect blend with tartar sauce and the fish. They were sweet potato fries not the regular french fries. Orange + Lemongrass Lemonade was a perfect choice which went well with our two main dishes.

The beverages were served within 10mins but for food they took around 30 mins. 
Nice ambience with the modern vibe makes this restaurant a perfect meetup place for friends and family.The staff was friendly and attentive. Ordering was quick and easy.

  • Bilo da je jedete kao prilog ili glavno jelo, salata sa paradajzom i sumakom, crnim lukom i pinjolima je pun pogodak. Ukoliko ste ljubitelj avokada, možete dodati i komade pola avokada za potpuni užitak. Odlična i kada vam se na vratima pojave iznenadni gosti ;) Recept je u produžetku!
Sastojci:
1 veći luk isečen na kolutove debljine 1mm
1 kašičica sumaka 
2 kašike vinskog sirćeta (belog po mogućstvu)
700 g mešanog paradajza ili jedne vrste
2-3 kašike maslinovog ulja
15 g listova bosiljka
25 g pečenih pinjola
so i crni biber po ukusu
Priprema:
Stavite luk u malu činiju sa sumakom, sirćetom i 1/8 kašičice soli. Koristite ruke da promešate – želite da luk upije sumak – a potom odložite sa strane 30 minuta da omekša. Isecite paradajz na pola po dužini i onda na komade veličine 1 – 1/2 cm i stavite gau veliku posudu. Sipajte maslinovo ulje i nežno umešajte listove bosiljka, 1/3 kašičice soli i dosta mlevenog bibera.
Servirajte paradajz na velikom tanjiru i pospite preko ukiseljen luk. Pospite pinjolima i poslužite.

  • Butterfly Pea Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients for milk layer:
1/2 cup plantbased milk of your choice (I used Soy Milk, and it was already sweetned. So, I didnt add any sugar to this layer)
2 tbsp chia seed

Ingredients butterfly pea tea layer
1.5 cup water
1/4 cup plantbased milk of your choice
2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flower
2 tsp monk fruit sweeter or sugar (optional)
3.5 tbsp chia seed

Toppings:
Roasted oats, caramelised apple

Method for milk layer:
1. Add the chia seeds and plantbased milk of your choice (along with optional sweeteners) to a bowl and stir together. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again once the seeds have started to gel. 
2. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Method for butterfly Pea Tea Layer:
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the butterfly pea flowers, add sweetner of your choice and cook down the mix until it becomes approx 1 cup in volume.
2. Remove the pot from heat and strain the tea. Let it cool down.
3. Divide the tea by half. Add milk to one of the batch. And add 2.5 tbsp chia seed to it. 
4. Add 1 tbsp of chia seed to the other batch of tea. Let both batches sit for 10 minutes, then stir again once the seeds have started to gel. 
5. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Assemble:
1. Add a layer of butterfly pea tea chia seed, then, layer of butterfly pea tea with milk chia seed, and finally add a layer of milk chia seed. 
2. Top it up with roasted oats and caramelised apple. 
Enjoy!

Sweet potatoes are a nutritional powerhouse and super versatile. This is one of my favorite ways to eat them
Serves 4

Ingredients 
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tsp oil 
1 tsp black mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves (optional)
1 serrano or Thai chili pepper, slit lengthwise 
Ground cayenne, to taste 
2 tsp ground turmeric 
1 large chopped onion or 3-4 shallots 
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp grated coconut (fresh or frozen thawed)

Heat a wide, deep skillet, preferably a cast iron one, add oil on to the skillet. 
Toast black mustard seeds in the oil. Once they begin to splutter, add curry leaves, if using and the chilli pepper
You may add more or less of the chili peppers, according to your preference Let them infuse the oil for about 30 seconds. Stir in the chopped onion.  Season with salt and stir in ground cayenne, ground turmeric and sauté the onions with the spices  for about 5-7 minutes 
Next, add the sweet potatoes, sprinkle some water
Cover and cook them for about 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are cooked through but still holding shape, making sure you stir them once every 5-7 minutes
Sprinkle some grated coconut 
Serve with rice/flatbread or a simple side
