I actually wasn’t going to upload the first one because of that tiny little roll 🤦🏼‍♀️ then I thought how stupid is that ! I train 5 days a week and still enjoy munching ! There is so much pressure to strive for perfection on social media as it’s what Instagram functions on -  attractive aesthetics . Embrace every part of you even the different ones as it’s what makes you you & individual . I also took my hair down because sometimes I’m insecure about my shoulders as mean people can pass remarks but then I realised that it said more about them then me . I don’t mind posting it now because I realised I still make a huge effort to be healthy and no one can take that , be so secure no comment can knock you 🤍. #bekind #beyou #fitness

The process above is for someone who is about to start his or her fat loss journey and just doesn’t know where to begin. The first goal is to develop a baseline. Multiply your body weight in lbs by 12 and eat that number of calories for 2 weeks and see what happens. Don’t weigh yourself every day or give up after a week because you feel no change. Just don’t worry about it 😊

After 2 weeks you can assess what has happened. Did you lose weight? Do your clothes fit the same? better? worse? How is your energy level? Based on the answers to these questions you continue the process and either reduce your intake or maintain the same. Keep in mind you want to be eating good, whole food and prioritizing vegetables, fruits and lean proteins

Eventually you’ll find a caloric intake that fits well with your goal. Because you’re always trying to stay in a caloric deficit, you should always strive to move a bit more. Whether it’s exercising more, walking more or playing a sport, the more you move, the better your results will be
.
If you are ALREADY eating less than the starting point and seeing no results then you can start off with your current caloric intake for 2 weeks. Increase your protein intake and move more. Then evaluate after 2 weeks and adjust accordingly

Ingredients 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 6 mozzarella cheese strings (cut in half)
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup almond flour 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly finely grated 
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Himalaya salt
1 tsp dried basil 
4 tbsp Ghee butter 
However much you want of a #ketofriendly tomato sauce for dipping

Instructions👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
1: Whisk eggs in a small bowl. In the shallow dish, combine all of your dry ingredients together 
2: Dip each one of your cheese strings into the egg first. Once fully egged, roll each cheese stick in the dry mix making sure all areas of the cheese stick is fully coated
3: Repeated this step once more to form a double coating on each cheese stick
4: Place cheese sticks into a rectangle container or dish and chill in the freezer for 7 - 10 hours 
5: Heat half an inch of avocado oil OR Ghee butter in a drying pan over medium heat. Keep adding as you fry your sticks in batches 
6: Fry cheese sticks until they are golden brown, about 60-80 seconds per each side 
7: Serve with your favorite #ketofriendly marinara sauce

Some lead to more strength gains, some lead to more cardio gains, some blend both. There’s no right or wrong really - at the end of the day, keep doing what it is that you enjoy and what keeps you accountable. Don’t let others roast you for your choice of training program if it’s something that brings you joy and keeps you motivated. Do YOU.
