  • Happy Saturday 😛 
I want to start sharing more actual videos to my page instead of just stories. I am finding my excitement again for lifting. I have been all over the place because of discomfort in my lower back/right hamstring. No injury or severe pain, just laziness tbh. Visited a chiropractor and got some adjustments done....feeling better daily. Yesterday’s training started off mentally scary but once I pushed though 245Ibs, I knew I could do more. 
BW these days maintaining between 142-144Ibs

  • ❗️400 has fallen ❗️❤️ This meant more to me than any meet ever! ❤️ For 8 months we have trained for a meet that could of, would of, should of been... I signed up for nationals, but told @konviktedking  at this point I just want to lift with my family, I just want to see it through with these people who have showed up every single day. So we canceled nationals and decided to full send it at the gym. All I wanted was a 400 squat.... since my first meet all I’ve ever wanted was a 400 squat, bench is bench, and I’ve failed 418 deadlift  3 times in training. 🤷‍♀️ 
3rd attempts:
401, squat 👌
185, bench👎
418, deadlift 👌
4th attempt deadlift 440, literally slipped out of my finger. I’ll post videos later, just enjoy this beautiful 400lb squat, now. 😍

Carbohydrates have been feared for years, and this fear is unfounded. They are not “bad”. In fact, when you actually understand the basics of carbs (any macronutrient), their role in your body, how they are digested, and their importance, you can make better choices from actual knowledge, not from fear or inaccurate myths.⁣
