  • When one door closes another one opens! Another thank you covid moment, sadly my favorite place in the whole world closed its doors. Southlake Fit Body Bootcamp helped me to start this crazy journey and got me got me to my current place, 80 pounds lost! I will forever love them for all they have done. Happily, our beautiful @jenrenfro4 found us a new gym. Looking at you @f45_training_southlake!!! The coaches are amazing, and I get to still workout with my fit body family as well as my two favorite coaches @uncodrew and @rondii_04. The workout was just as hard and afterward had those shaky legs going on.   • Day 9 run. 2.8k running to the c25k app. Definitely glad to have gotten it out of the way this morning. 
We had a nice family walk after, really enjoy waking through the woods. It's nice having dad with us for the time being, until he's back at work. 
Did do a little 15 minute @niketraining workout, honestly was glad when I finished because I couldn't wait to jump in the pool.

  • Growing your ass with minimal equipment, you only have dumbbells and bands at home - how do you continue progression and avoid hitting a plateau?!

I will tell you one thing.

You cannot make progress doing the same shi* day in day out, month after month, year after year.

It’s repetitive. It’s basic and it doesn’t lead room for progression when you’re lifting the exact same weight, rep range, same variation and so on.

You need structure. You need a routine. You need to record your workouts and log them in whether it’s on a note pad or your phone notes, it helps for reflection and progression.

There are so many ways to make a move more difficult that does not involve lifting heavier😁..

This is why I created the 4 week @ home workout program - that targets not only glutes..but FULL BODY for dropping fat and building/maintaining the muscle you spent years building. Also it’s on SALE until tomorrow 9 am PST.

Bugün çok yönlü bir antrenman yapmak istedim 💪🏼 zaman zaman minik ağırlıklar kullanmak beni mutlu ediyor 😉 

Havalar oldukça sıcak ben sabah erken saatte spor yapmayı seviyorum, bugün malesef öğleden sonraya kaldı sporum. Kendimi aşırı yormadan eğlenceli bir antrenman yaptım.
