I am 100% a get it done as soon as I roll out of bed person 💪🏻, as I love the way my body is left feeling afterwards, and it really just sets me up for the day, giving me a sense of both accomplishment and motivation! And alsooo, if I don’t do it first thing, there’s a very good chance that I just won’t do it at all 😅

  • Sharing for accountability!  Can I just say how good it felt to check off that box for the last LIIFT4 workout of week 2?!?!?! Seriously though!  I have started and stopped this exact program SO MANY TIMES since it came out and I just had to have it....🙈 I would always sort of get through week 1 and never made it through week 2 before I gave up...

Idk why other than my mindset wasn't in it and I was dealing with some crazy health challenges over the last year...thyroid nodules,  surgery, thyroid cancer, unregulated thyroid levels...
.
Not making excuses, but thinking back, it has been a crazy journey and I guess maybe I should cut myself a little slack considering it all. 
.
AND...your thyroid is NO joke...if the levels are off, it can really mess up how you are feeling! 
.
ANYWAY..
.
I AM committed to this for the full 8 weeks this time and will continue to share for my own accountability!! 
.
Oh and...Cat told me she could see a change...like more definition...in my shoulders this week!! (I think I can too!) Soooo that's exciting!! 
.
What about the recovery days - during week 1, I did boxing workouts, but this week I decided to do yoga and deep stretching.  I'm loving that so I think I'll stick with that plan for the remaining 5 weeks! 
.
Now I'm done my workout for the day, I think I'll be crawling to the shower since my legs are jello and I'm a hot sweaty mess haha.

Meyveleri ve bademi tartmadigim için net söyleyemem.En çok 3 karbonhidratlik  bir  fresh tatlı gibi oldu .

Tozları antioksidanli artsın ve renk verdin diye ekledim.#nosugar tatlandırıcısız bile çok iyi oldu.Tadi Almanya'daki Kremalı "ZOTT" meyveli yogurtlari gibi oldu.

Bunu yedikten sonra acaba acikirmiyim, dedim.
2 yumurtalı sucuklu omlet yaptım ama ancak yarısını yiyebildim,tikandim ,doydum.
 Akşamı su ve 1 büyük fincan filtre kahve ile geçirdim.Netflix'te "Dark" dizisini seyrettik 3 .sezona geldik.
İlk defa alman yapımı bu kadar iyi yapılmış bir dizi gördüm.Siname filmi ve dizide hiç iyi değiller...

    Meyveleri ve bademi tartmadigim için net söyleyemem.En çok 3 karbonhidratlik bir fresh tatlı gibi oldu .

    Tozları antioksidanli artsın ve renk verdin diye ekledim. #nosugar tatlandırıcısız bile çok iyi oldu.Tadi Almanya'daki Kremalı "ZOTT" meyveli yogurtlari gibi oldu.

    Bunu yedikten sonra acaba acikirmiyim, dedim.
    2 yumurtalı sucuklu omlet yaptım ama ancak yarısını yiyebildim,tikandim ,doydum.
    Akşamı su ve 1 büyük fincan filtre kahve ile geçirdim.Netflix'te "Dark" dizisini seyrettik 3 .sezona geldik.
    İlk defa alman yapımı bu kadar iyi yapılmış bir dizi gördüm.Siname filmi ve dizide hiç iyi değiller...

💪 I would recommend looking at where you are now. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOURSELF & tape it next to your DREAM BODY then put it next to your bed so that way you see that FIRST THING in the morning.

Something that is very meaningful to you. Like my reason for being healthy now is so I can be the best MOM, & the best motivator to everyone in my life.

💪 CELEBRATE YOUR WINS( doesn’t matter big or small). I will share a story here what my sister @minikapur use to do. She would go out & buy a super nice dress that was 2 SIZES TOO SMALL & that was her MOTIVATION & CELEBRATION ALL IN ONE. She got to wear her beautiful dress once she dropped 2 Sizes & she’d go out to celebrate that WIN. I loved this idea so much, that I decided to try it & it was the most MOTIVATING way to kick some butt 😉

  • Gyms are re-opening but are you going back just yet?? 

So the wait is finally over for gyms being able to re-open from 25th July which is fantastic. I love being in the gym, the members/staff, the classes and so on but at the moment I know classes etc will not be the same just yet, therefore for me I’m not going back just yet.

Being stuck at home I could actually train the way I love, x-training, which involves cardio and weights. For me it’s the perfect training, yes I can lift heavy in my workouts which I do but can keep my heart rate up with the right sets I put together, along with having a turbo bike I haven’t really missed out. Going to the gym and just “lifting heavy” isn’t my thing never has been and probably never will be, I’m more of a cardio person and that’s personally how I enjoy training. 

However, I miss one thing....the stairmaster which I used to smash out my morning cardio.

Being isolated for months has given me the time to reflex on my training and also the opportunity to start my PT course with @premierglobalnasm 
and it’s the best thing I’ve done after years of people telling me to do it. As I get asked a lot about how I train with Crohns Disease, a colostomy bag, osteoporosis but it can be done in the right way. I’m also doing my nutrition course of top of this! 

So if your going back to the gym be safe and enjoy. For those who arnt yet or even don’t feel like it, then don’t worry take your time and go back when YOU feel like it.

Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint 💪🏼
