  • I put this routine together to briefly highlight the importance of warming up before engaging in physical activity.
•
So I’ve been studying in my free time to get certified through NASM so that I can become more knowledgeable and create better online fitness content; and I recently came across a section that inspired this video. Warming up can be stretching, calisthenics, lifting lighter weights before your main lifts or a combination of all three. It doesn’t guarantee that you’ll stay injury free but it does lessen the chances. It also helps you perform at higher level earlier in the activity.

I always prioritize warming up before doing any physical activity. Recently some friends and I started a weekly running challenge using the Nike apps which involves distance runner. I’ve never been a distance runner so it’s not easy lol. Plus I’ve been pushing myself to hit a certain pace. I’m not there yet but my times are getting better. Even with something as simple as jogging, I noticed my times are better when I stretch and do calisthenics beforehand.

  • 麻婆サラダチキンです。
低温調理時にマルミヤ麻婆豆腐の素も入れて調理。
同封のトロミ用片栗粉を入れて
味が染みるかダマにならないか
心配でしたが問題なし。
白ごまと刻みネギのアクセントが効いてます。
調味料の脂質や糖質は無視。
「胸肉を食べ続ける工夫」が最優先なんですよー!

  • 1-MIN HOME CHALLENGE DAY 13: Rocking Push-Up
🤾🏻‍♀️A program developed under the support of Sport Singapore in a move to help enable Singapore people to stay active and fit at home.

🎯Training Target: Push

✅Want to toss the ball higher in your basketball game or throw that Frisbee farther for your dog? This is an exercise you can use to train your push power even if you cannot do a power push-up. It also improves the eccentric strength of the push muscles and strengthens the joints, which are critical in bracing a fall.

💪🏻Muscles Worked:
Pectoralis major, triceps, anterior deltoid.

🔑Key Points:
Keep your shoulders strong and stable. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.

🧘🏻‍♀️Breathing:
Breathe in when lowering your hand towards the ground. Exhale explosively when pushing yourself off the floor.

‼️Caution:
Not recommended if you have wrist, elbow or shoulder joint issues.
.
✅Option A: lower intensity.
From a kneeling position, let your body fall forward towards the ground. Extend your arms out to brace the fall. As soon as you reach the lowest point, quickly push yourself back up as fast as possible to return to the kneeling position. Avoid using the legs (hamstrings) to pull your body back. 
✅Option B: higher intensity.
From a parallel squat position, let your body fall forward towards the ground. Extend your arms out to brace the fall. As soon as you reach the lowest point, explosively push yourself back up as fast as possible to return to the parallel squat position. Stiffen the body to maintain the posture during the rocking movement to minimize compensation from other muscles.

オオバコを入れてしっとりです。
卵とおからパウダーがメインなので
高野豆腐の食感に近いです。
ココアパウダー無しも美味しいです。腹持ちも良い!
驚くべきは糖質量。全部食べても約5g!( ´∀`)
※2枚目は大好きな野菜の大皿盛りです。

  • I was just minding my business and this duck and her little ones decided to take a break on land. I didn’t have anything for them but I do have something for you. 

Now that the gyms are open you may be back to your regular routine. Whether or not this is the case for you, I think it’s a plus having an exercise that you could do to challenge your cardio and work your entire body. An exercise that you could do on its own or within a routine.

Since the name of my channel and what I call myself is inspired by Roman military history, this challenge was inspired by the Roman legion LEGIO IX HISPANA, a very powerful legion that mysteriously "disappeared" during its campaign in modern-day Scotland in around 120 CE and the "Eagle" being its standard and symbol of Roman domination and authority throughout the ancient world.
Additionally, this historical legion has inspired two of my favorite Roman military movies "The Eagle" and "Centurion," hence part of my interest in creating this challenge.
March with me, legionnaires!

  • Manchmal verstehe ich nicht ganz, wieso man sich über bestimmte Sachen in den sozialen Medien aufregt und selbst nichts daran ändert

Wir alle entscheiden uns doch jeden Tag aufs Neue, was wir uns anschauen und was nicht. Falls Euch ein Account jeden Tag halb nackt vor die Nase springt, und ihr das nicht sehen möchtet dann klickt den Account einfach weg oder äußert konstruktive Kritik [für die man übrigens immer dankbar ist]

Genau dasselbe mit Werbung, die man 24/7 sieht und nicht unterstützen möchte

Ich finde es überhaupt nicht verwerflich für Produkte zu werben, die man liebt und gerne nutzt. Ich werde das auch weiterhin tun 😃 aber - wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, jemand nutzt das auf eine falsche Art und Weise aus, dann seid ihr bzw. wir alle in der Position, das nicht mehr zu unterstützen

Anstatt sich über Sachen aufzuregen kann man die sozialen Medien doch so nutzen und gestalten, wie sie einem Freude und Spaß bringen. Die ganzen Portale sind so vielfältig und indem wir uns genau aussuchen, was wir uns ansehen möchten können wir sehr viel Positives davon mitnehmen

Wie seht ihr das?

Im gleichen Atemzug kann man aber auch nochmal erwähnen, dass es schön ist zu zeigen, wenn einem etwas gefällt. Etwas zu liken oder zu kommentieren, kostet keine Minute und ist enorm viel wert! Ich freue mich immer sehr, wenn ihr Feedback gebt oder Anregungen, wovon ihr gerne mehr sehen möchtet ☺️❤️

Give it a go and see how well you can move! And for a good laugh swipe 👉🏼 for my first set of BBJO when that 60cm surprised me a bit 🙈
