  • I have this big #wanderlust and #curiosity for live. I love the #travellife. We just go where the wind blows us or the sun goes down. It gives me a sense of #freedom, #sanity, #peaceofmind and it tempers this volcano of thoughts, feelings, sense for #adventure and the nomade in me.

After being blocked because of Covid-19 and last week with the artritis in my shoulder, the longing to travel and #explore only got bigger. Huge, to be honest. Enormous. It's inherent to my being, I get #restless and #bored.

So? One week to go! Ow yes, one week...and we go off! Where are we off to? Not a clue, but a lot of ideas. We call it our darts travels (vogelpikreisjes): as if we throw a dart on the map and just go. From place to place, flowing on surprises.

The boyfriend bought a real cheap van. REAL cheap and with pieces in all the colors of the rainbow. It's still not sure of it will be ready, but the plan is that Wolf (the van) will take us on a two weeks trip while we lend our home to friends (o yes, summer, beach!) for free.

לפעמים זה בא יותר בקלות ולפעמים לא מצליחה לשבת אפילו חמש דק. 
מי אמר שמדטציה חייבת להיות בשקט ובישיבה? 
מדטציה היא פשוט להשים לב, להקשיב למה שקורה בפנים. 
במיוחד בתקופות כאלו שהכל מטושטש ולא יציב- כמה חשוב להשים לב, לעצור ולהקשיב.

כשאני נאחזת בכוח חיצוני אני מאבדת 
את מי שאני באמת. 
הגוף הזה זמני, הנפש שלנו נצחית,
ברגע שאני משחררת, מקלפת את המסכות- 
אני מגלה את העוצמה האינסופית הזאת, שקיימת בכולנו.

  • Meditation 💆🏼‍♀️
Od té doby, co jsem ji vyzkoušela na ni nedám dopustit. 
Už delší dobu je součástí mě ranní rutiny, ne však každý den ... někdy mám chuť na delší dechové cvičení, někdy na mobilitu, někdy na ranní procházku a jindy na meditaci. 
Hodí se právě když potřebuji restartovat cele tělo, zklidnit, hodit se do flow, eliminovat stres, nebo jen tak vypnout. Meditaci nemusíte provádět jen rano, muže to být kdykoli když budete mít chuť.   • I decided to take this week as a reset.

No gym. No counting macros. Walking when I can and when I feel like it, and being lax with food.

I needed this. And so did my mental health. I was starting to become too obsessed and too hard on myself about going to the gym and staying consistent with counting macros and with the numbers I saw on the scale. I was constantly feeling pressure and often disappointment.. in myself.... for no reason.

.
I lost the passion, and my reasons why. Instead I was paying too much attention to the numbers. I was feeling forced to workout and not enjoying it. And so I knew it was time to take a break.
.
.
So I decided to listen to my body and my mind, and I’m taking a week to reset. To give myself a break and to give myself some grace. When I do this, I tend to come out refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to crush my goals, and it’s absolutely work it. So here’s to my reset week 💪🏽

My intention in class has always been to tap into this space of raw emotion and movement without fear of looking silly. To move like your creators, the ones before you, and feel the direct line. The human body was made to move, dance, and speak in a multitude of ways.⠀

Moving your body gets your heart beating and your blood flowing. It’s good for your health and makes you feel better. Wherever you do: walking, biking, swimming, running ... There’s no age for the benefits or for excuses, as long it’s safe and you keep social distancing. 💙
