  • Jesus is the central focus of the entire Bible.

We gotta ask ourselves..Do most people read their Bible this way?

Do most pastors preach this way?

This is a clip from my most recent YouTube video where I biblically examine the preaching of Pastor Michael Todd 👀

The link is in my profile if you wanna check it out 👌🏼

  • PART II (cont.)💃🏻
Not everyone of us can take that bold courageous act by giving thanks in a very uncomfortable, undefinable, and wrecked situation (1Thessalonians 5:18) but David did and was blessed with Solomon. God’s will is perfect and he thinks good thoughts towards us (Jeremiah 29:11), we should always remember that.
Again we see David’s act of forgiveness and compassion for his son Absalom after killing his stepbrother Amnon for raping his sister Tamar and calling him back to Jerusalem.
When a conspiracy was made against David by Absalom and a fight broke out, In 2Samuel 18:5, David’s compassion and mercy was still on him. We’re too quick to make judgements but the Bible admonishes we judge righteously (John 7:24) or not even judge at all (Matthew 7:1) but God alone is the righteous judge (2Timothy 4:8, Psalms 50:4). SUMMARY: •• David never paid back with evil. (1Samuel 24:17, Proverbs 12:20, 15:9, Ephesians 4:32). •• He never cared what people thought, he did what pleases God. (2Samuel 6:20-22). •• David always acknowledges his sins. (1Samuel 7:3, 2Samuel 2:13, 24:10, 1John 1:9, Romans 3:23, Psalms 32:5, 41:4). •• David was a forgiver. (1Samuel 25:31-33, Matthew 5:7, 18:21, Colossians 3:13, Ephesians 4:32). •• David was good-hearted. (2Samuel 24:14,17, Ephesians 4:32). ••David always consulted with God before he took an action or decision. (2Samuel 21:1b NIV, 1Samuel 30:7-8 KJV, Jeremiah 29:13, Matthew 7:7). •• David was a worshiper/musician (2Samuel 22, 23:1-7, Psalms 96:9, 2Samuel 12:20). •• Lastly and most importantly David LOVED the Lord. (Deuteronomy 6:5, 30:10, Joshua 22:5, Proverbs 3:5).
