  • Getting into advanced postures used to be so important  to me. It was fun. I really enjoyed it. Over the years my focus has shifted from outside work to inside work.  This change the meaning of my practice. 

And that is okay.

  • ⚡️ The more you love yourself the easier it is to accept yourself for how you are, & how you behave ❄️ you’ll be able to support yourself in your life, know how to make your own self happy & enjoy your own company ☃️❄️ It’s important to love yourself with unconditional love & then someone will also show this to you and love you in this way, letting you be happy since that’s that’s what your soul is naturally projecting. It can sometimes seem a little hard but its not hard it’s actually super easy and simple, just practice, like other things in life. Once your subconscious makes the click and you say oh wow I was learning true acceptance & self love or happiness through being rejected by someone I love or by was motivating yourself through hate so you really finally learned how to accept yourself completely for who you are with self love, value and self worth along with motivating yourself with love, harmony, fun, peace, enjoyment; everything can get easier for you in your life and the hardships can start diminishing because your soul says oh wow I understand what I was trying to learn and why something was happening and see that it is easier to learn with unconditional love and happiness and it will accept it. Nicer, kinder, more loving and accepting people will start to come into your life, the people around you will change the way they act torwards you because they will see the way you treat yourself and carry yourself has changed, its different and it’s not a disguise or fake, it’s the real you because you see your truth and who you really are which is pure love and should be treated with pure love, respect and kindness in your internal world with the relationship with yourself and in your external world as well.

  • Flowing with @comingaumyoga today and coming to the present moment. It is often hard to still the mind and not run off on tangents with the thoughts your mind might produce but yoga has been the best tool to help me clear my mind and find stillness. Our minds really are like every other muscle in the body that need training and conditioning to focus and come back to the present. The best advice I’ve heard to help train the brain is to notice thoughts like clouds passing by. They come and go but they do not set up camp and define us. Feeling very light and free after this lovely flow today! ☺️

Sobre o poder inabalável Karma:

Na tradição shivaísta, Garuda, o deus-águia, aparece como guardião do deus Shiva. Um antigo texto chamado Shiva Purana conta que, uma vez, Garuda, montando guarda no alto do Monte Kailash, morada de Shiva, reparou num pequeno pássaro que cantava entre as rochas. O poderoso deus-águia ficou maravilhado pelo contraste entre a majestade da vasta cordilheira do Himalaia e a delicadeza dessa pequena criatura. Disse para si mesmo: "Que maravilhosa é natureza! A mesma Consciência que criou as imensas montanhas, fez igualmente este pequeno pássaro, e ambos são igualmente admiráveis". Nesse mesmo momento, Yama, o Senhor da Morte, apareceu na distância, cavalgando seu búfalo negro. Garuda reparou que o deus da Morte, ao se aproximar, olhou com curiosidade para o pequeno pássaro ao passar, mas continuou andando, pois ia ao encontro de Shiva. Considerando aquele olhar de Yama como um presságio da morte para o pequeno pássaro, Garuda, cujo coração é cheio de compaixão, decidiu salvá-lo. Pegando com delicadeza o frágil pássaro entre suas poderosas garras, voou para muito longe, até a beira do rio Ganges. Lá, encontrou um lugar que Ihe pareceu suficientemente seguro, com abundante água, vegetação e alimento. Deixando o pássaro sobre uma rocha, retornou para seu posto no alto do Monte Kailash. Quando o Senhor da Morte estava retornando do seu encontro com Shiva, Garuda perguntou- Ihe: "Yama, quando você chegou, observei que se deteve para observar aquele pequeno pássaro. Posso saber porque?" Yama respondeu: "Quando olhei para o pássaro, soube que ele iria imediatamente encontrar a morte nas mandíbulas de uma serpente píton. Como esse tipo de serpente não vive aqui, no alto do Monte Kailash, achei isso muito curioso". Novamente, Garuda maravilhou-se, desta vez, pela inevitabilidade do karma.

  • Meditation is my thing mann. With my hands on my body I close my eyes just a few minutes and I'm my own teacher. How awesome is that. I dont sit every day an hour not even 30 minutes. Haha (I do sometime and I did for 10 day straight so I learned the trick) 

I just close my eyes to check in. Feel and observe what's happening to me. During the day we are continuously open with all our senses, the fast information, the situation we are in, the people we come in contact with, their stories and energies. But also our own stories in the mind telling us what to do, how to be, where to go and so on.

With my eyes closed i observe what my body and mind is telling me. Fast or slow hearth beat, shallow or deep breath, how is my stomach, did i hydrate, what is my mind telling me all the time. my body is literally talking to me.

Tara maybe you should take a break, jump in the leak or go for a walk, go one step slower or faster, eat or drink something, or maybe you could react in a other way in this situation and dont get cut up in this story of your mind again. 

Over the past three years I experienced that meditation gives me that feeling of connection with myself, taking care of me, staying close to what makes me feel good, alive and now my purpose. I love it that, by just closing the eyes and observe, i can experience all of this. ♡

Day 2 with #bridgepose

I remember my first bridge pose and I remember how I didn't liked it 🙈😅

I didn't knew how people could do that so easy going 😳🙆🏻‍♀️

But after a few practice times it got better and better. - wohooo 🎉😅

And now I love doing that pose. I love the bends and stretches in that pose and yes I really can enjoy and relex here 😅😄

  • The goal is to be healthy for as long as you can. It was very common for me to hear growing up that aches, ailments, and disease were all normal aspects of aging. Everything was blamed on old age. Blaming age is almost like throwing your hands up and saying that gaining weight and having health problems are completely out of your control, and are inevitable. I don’t know about you, but each year that passes, I want to be better than I was the year before. I don’t just want to be alive. I want to LIVE. 
All of this has to do with your daily habits. And I will tell you something else. Just because you work out does not mean you’re healthy. Exercise will enhance health. But exercise will not create health where there is none. To be healthy, you have to consider what you eat (& drink), how much you sleep, how much love you have in your life, and also your financial resources. 
Some people don’t want to look at these aspects of their life, but they need to be examined regularly. Just because you do yoga does not mean that you’re healthy, nor does it mean that you’re spiritual.
I will write more on the above mentioned but for now... how can you start? 
Start by examining other aspects of your life. Ask yourself are you happy; are you fulfilled in these areas. If your answers are not a resounding 100% yes. Then get busy; there is work to be done.

  • Eine Woche, zwei Retreats, 25 großartige Mädels, viel Yoga, viel Essen, noch mehr Gespräche über Essen, viel Natur, viel Wandern, viel Lachen – einfach eine großartige Zeit. Heute hat das Vino Vinyasa Retreat geendet und damit eine Woche mit zwei Retreats. Normalerweise hätte ich es mir ja nicht so gelegt, aber dann kam Corona und ich bin so froh noch einen Ersatztermin bekommen zu haben, denn die Tage in der Südsteiermark waren einfach großartig. Aber nicht nur die, sondern auch das Celebrate Summer Retreat davor in der Obersteiermark. Ich weiß ich wiederhole mich, aber ich liebe es einfach Retreats abzuhalten 💕

. 2020 sind noch zwei weitere geplant. Sri Lanka im Oktober, von dem ich sooo hoffe, dass es stattfinden kann und Salzburg im Dezember, das leider schon ausgebucht ist. Aber 2021 wird es 6 Retreats geben. Das erste im Jänner in Schladming, das zweite im März in Marrakech. Nummer 3 verrate ich euch am Sonntag und Nummer 4,5 & 6 auch ganz bald. Bereits jetzt freue ich mich auf jedes einzelne davon. In meinen Stories habe ich heute außerdem eine kleine Q&A Session zu meinen Retreats für euch.
