« Après 8 semaines du programme avec @nicolascolsoncoaching, je n ai pas perdu de kgs sur la balance (sans faire attention à mon alimentation) mais j’ai perdu de la masse graisseuse et je me suis musclée et affinée a certains endroits! Les séances sont géniales, intenses et faciles à intégrer dans sa journée puisqu'elles ne dépassent jamais les 35 minutes échauffement compris. ⁣

I’ve had so many people get in contact with me about kick starting their training because they’re in a rut. The best advice I can give you if you are feeling this way is PLAY around, try different ways to train. The best results come from clients who have bought into a consistent journey whatever type of training you chose enjoyment is the key to sustainability!

  • Pop of colour to brighten up Perths grey skies today. I’m a firm believer that an endorphin rush is the best cure for most things, esp winter + hump day feels🌟❤️✨

It’s been so great to run my hour of power classes for those here these school holidays, and next week will be back to class every morning Monday through to Friday. Hour of Power starts 9.15am, goes for 1hr including proper warm up and mobility, the main workout changes every time, involving either a MetCon based workout, a good balance of high intensity efforts, cardio hardio, strength or resistance training body weight and weight based, conditioning and a good cool down. Basically all my favourite ways of training. Plus, we truly have lots of fun between the grunts. 

Over the years as a coach I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work with people who have truly embraced this lifestyle and day by day improved their bodies & minds. 

The goal of each of my small group sessions are to make your body more energy-efficient, leaner and fitter. Fitness doesn’t grow on trees. Your lime for tequila shots does. 🤪 #comejoin

  • Read this if, like I was, you’re constantly having to buy bigger and bigger clothes...

For a period of about 18 months I had to put in 3 or 4 different uniform requests at work as my waist continued to grow.

😟I went from a 36" pant to a 42"

I thought I was destined to never fit into the clothes I used to love to wear.

The photo you see on the left was when I spent the summer wearing jogging bottom pants and shorts as they where elasticated and the only thing that fit comfortably.

I had to go out the week before this wedding to buy a new suit as nothing fit!

I dreaded Chloe telling me we had a meal out as I knew I'd have to reach into my wardrobe and find pants that fit. Knowing there weren't any but I didn't want to keep buying new ones when I knew I was getting bigger.

I think she actually started turning people down for meals out as she knew how stressed and upset I'd get about finding clothes to wear.

I just wanted to go back to being able to enjoy getting dressed up and and feel great.

I had a beautiful fiancee, I wanted to take her out and get fancy 🕺

The solution for me was a flexible diet that allowed me to lose weight but also continue eating certain foods I enjoyed eating.

Not being strict chicken and broccoli was pretty important for me as I'd tried this before and it's just so boring 😴

I got in the gym and began burning calories and building muscle too.

My coach kept me right on track with regular check ins and updates which was vital!

Fast forward 9 months of sweat and tracking my food and I was lean!

I actually got really lean. Dropping over 40 pounds and 8 inch on my waist.

Best thing of all is I now look forward to special occasions. I love getting dressed up as I know my physique makes the clothes not the other way around.
