  • THE MISCONCEPTION that we have to have an excellent credit score to buy a home. Many Years ago home loans were for people with perfect scores and 20% to 50% down payment. 

The good news now days is that we don’t have to have even a good  credit score, with a not good credit score (580-669) consumers have been able to become owners with an FHA loan and only 3.5% down, NOT 20% down, for example on a $200,000 home the down payment is just $7,000 down, making the opportunity to become a homeowner 🏠 much easier for the consumer.
