I am missing an item from my order and have emailed multiple times with no response. It looks like I’m not the only one with issues. You should stop taking orders if you need to catch up and deal with your customer service issues 1st.
You guys are seriously awful! I ordered in June!! Only when I write on here you actually respond to me with a DM. You said you lost my package and one of the items I ordered won’t even be available till September?? I then proceeded to chose something else and then you ghost me and not reply after a few “hello, are you still there” messages to you. I’m so furious right now that you’re a dishonest company that stole my money, especially at a time like this! I’m going to report you! #betterbusinessbureau #bbb #scam

Hi, I’ve direct messaged, emailed twice, and called but went straight to voicemail saying you are closed on Monday. It’s been over a month with no response on my order that was “shipped” but still shows that it’s in pre-shipment. I’ve order before and loved the product and this was a second order but I’m very disappointed with being unable to reach you via multiple platforms. I’m trying to figure out if my items will ever be shipped or if I’ll be getting a refund. Can you please reach back out?!

DO NOT ORDER they are a SCAM! Ordered in June, never got merchandise because of “glitch”, received email I would get a refund in mid-July, and still no refund or bras.

been 12 days since it “shipped” but usps still hasn’t even received the package
PSA if you're using reward points toward purchases, don't expect to get them back in your account if you have to return a purchase and they don't give you the option to exchange - I wasted $40 in rewards on 2 bras that I was so excited about but they ended up being flimsy, insubstantial and see-through. Pics on the website were very misleading. Hate to do this bc I loved the first 2 bras I bought from Lively, but this is just so disappointing and bad faith for customers. Guess it's time to try @thirdlove🤷
Hi. I ordered a bikini top and it tore apart when I was swimming in the ocean, something that should not happen if it was made well. I also previously got 2 bras and the clasps bent on the back and I cannot clip it anymore. Very disappointed as I thought I finally found bras that I like.
