@wearlively I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I have emailed and have not received a response. This is my first time experiencing this with Lively, never any prior issues. Can you assist?

I have contacted your customer service number and emailed multiple times over the last two weeks and no one has responded. I have several order related issues I need to be worked out. Please have someone contact me ASAP.
