As a brand that will respond to you to get an order but won’t respond when you have an issue? I never post this kind of message but I have been emailing for days about 1/3 of my order being missed in my package and NO ONE WILL RESPOND

I have attempted to call and no one answers the line, says you are having phone issues. I’ve also emails 3 times with no response. I only received one bra in my package when I ordered two. Id really like to know the status of my other item. Thank you

I recently made a large purchase ($300) on your site for the first time. In the checkout process, it noted 5-10 business days for delivery. I am moving out of state & specifically made sure that I didn’t see any COVID-19-related shipping delays at all. AFTER proceeding with the transaction, I received an email the following business day informing me that there IS in fact a shipping delay due to the pandemic.

There is a huge lack of transparency from you with your customers. I’ve tried emailing and calling customer service to NO RESPONSES. It’s been two weeks since I placed my order with ZERO update on when I should expect it, meanwhile you’re blowing up my email daily with promotional offers for a scrunchie?!?! Quick to take the money from my account with no customer communication and your site says “no cancellations” - absolutely unacceptable! Are you joking?!

@wearlively really wish I read these comments before I ordered. I have been excited to receive my@order but now I wonder if I ever will. 😢 I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have received no updates. I sent an email with a generic response of “we will get back to you”-no further emails. BUT I keep receiving marketing emails. I just want my order!!!

I’ve emailed customer service and sent a message via Facebook and haven’t heard back on my order placed over two weeks ago. It seems ridiculous to claim we can’t cancel an order because they start processing in one business day, but somehow, even with that quick processing time, they don’t ship for weeks? I plan on disputing the charges with my credit card because this is ridiculous. Quick to take customers’ money, but not quick at all to take care of those same customers

Hate to comment here but it seems like it’s the only way to get a response! I returned a package to you all on June 10th and according to fedex it was received on June 15th. I emailed on June 25th because I have heard nothing about my return nor have I received a refund. I still have not received a response to that email either.
