  • Keep in mind guys, since the rules are changing now: * It's not that the situation is getting better, not at all! It is worse. * It's because the damage to the economy is already so huge that the country will suffer from it for 100 years or more.

Also it is like that based on the hope that people are now careful, which is not what I see! * Continue to be careful and take care of yourself and others. * We need to keep thinking of the group of the high rist like old people and those with pre-existing health problems, especially those who have damaged and weak immune system, like everyone who has a bad tumor or cancer.

Understand them if they protect themselves more than you think necessary. 
They are not the paranoids that !

If you know one of them, help them to feel al the time as good as possible. * Avoid real paranoid people who are usually less careful and make more mistakes than others. Keep a good distance from them. * Spend your time with calm, smart, and cautious people who know how to continue enjoying life while being safe and keeping others safe without going crazy. * Keep using masks, but keep the medical for medical staff and use a community mask, a washable one. * Avoid using valved masks such as FFP2, FFP3 or other industrial ones. Don't be an ASSHOLE 😠

  • 3 IDEE LIGHT E DIETETICHE PER GUSTARE IL MELONE! ❤️
Il melone è ancora ben presente sui banchi del mercato, ma mangiarlo così da solo spesso stufa.. perchè non proviamo a gustarlo in modo diverso dal solito? Vi lascio 3 idee semplicissime velocissime per gustare il melone!

1) INSALATA LIGHT DI MELONE:
Ingredienti: 1 fetta di melone, 10 pomodorini, 10 mozzarelline ciliegine, basilico fresco, sale, 1 cucchiaino di olio evo.
Proedimento : Tagliate il melone a cubetti e mettetelo in una ciotola capiente, aggiungete i pomodorini tagliati a metà e le mozzarelline tagliate a metà, condite con olio, sale e foglioline di basilico.. mescolate tutti gli ingredienti e gustate!

2) GELATO SUPER LIGHT AL MELONE :
Ingredienti : 2 fette di melone, 125gr di yogurt greco 0 grassi, dolcificante
Procedimento : In un frullatore frullate assieme melone, yogurt e dolcificante, versate in una ciotola e ponetela nel congelatore, ogni 30-60 minuti mescolate fino al raggiungimento della consistenza del gelato.

3) FRULLATO LIGHT AL MELONE :
Ingredienti : 1 fetta di melone, mezza mela, 200ml di latte scremato o vegetale, dolcificante.
Procedimento : frullate tutto con un frullatore e gustate!
