The joke here is that the person in the meme was trying to tell everyone that the well known song “never gonna give you up” by “Rick Astley” has been taken off of YouTube; however, that may seem saddening at first but that song was used to “Rick Roll” people which is basically where someone would say some important news and send you a link to it and then you’d go check but when you just clicked on the link it would just send you to that song again to prank you. So this is just a rick roll in itself, it’s telling you that the song is off of YouTube but if you go to check, the song will still be there.
