  • when the growing gets tough, the tough keep growing 🌱 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ I have always enjoyed visiting the nursery with my dad and learning about caring for different plants. I’m so glad I inherited his love for nature and his green thumb. I love their natural air purifying properties and healing energy. I took home a fiddle leaf fig tree for my room and can’t wait to fill my space with even more greenery. I know being so passionate about nature is unusual but being reminded of it’s beauty instantly brightens my mood and my spirit💛🌞🌿🕊

Ebbene, è raro che io accenda il forno in estate per preparare dei dolci. Ma questa volta avevo proprio voglia di un bel plumcake per le mie colazioni estive 😍

Ingredienti per l’impasto chiaro:

90g di farina 00
30g di zucchero di canna
10g di fecola di patate
1/2 bustina di lievito
1 uovo
20g di farina cocco (non cocco rapè)
20ml di olio cocco
90ml di latte a scelta

Ingredienti per l’impasto al cacao:
70g di farina 00
20g di farina cocco (non cocco rapè)
30g di zucchero di canna
10g di fecola di patate 
1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci
25g di cacao amaro
1 uovo
90ml di latte a scelta

Infine gocce di cioccolato q.b.

Amalgama i due composti separatamente, quindi versali in uno stampo per plumcake precedentemente ricoperto di carta forno e cospargi con gocce di cioccolato.

Infine cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180º per circa 30 minuti (fai sempre la prova stecchino).

  • Vanilla Coffee Almond Butter Bars 🤎 ⁣

These are not only dreamy but soooo creamy! They will literally melt in your mouth. I don’t know about you, but no bake treats are my favorite and this one will become one of yours too. 🥰⁣
⁣
Recipe: ⁣
-1 cup almond butter⁣
-1/2 cup coconut flour⁣
-1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee (brand of choice) ⁣
-1/2  cup coconut oil ⁣
-2 tbsp maple syrup⁣
-1 tbsp vanilla extract⁣
-1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣
-pinch of salt ⁣
⁣
Chocolate ⁣
-150g dark chocolate ⁣
-2 tbsp coconut oil ⁣
-1 tbsp coffee powder ⁣
-1 tbsp almond butter ⁣
⁣
Instructions: ⁣⁣
-Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
-In a food processor add all your base almond butter layer ingredients and blend until everything is completely mixed and add into your baking pan. ⁣
-Freeze for about an hour. ⁣
-Once set melt your dark chocolate with the coconut oil ⁣and then mix in your almond butter and instant coffee. ⁣
-Spread the chocolate over the almond butter layer and add sea salt flakes if you wish. Store in refrigerator for at least an hour again before diving into your first bite. ⁣
-Slice into square slices. Keep stored in refrigerator. Enjoy! 💘⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

  • Wow I haven’t had @chipotle in SO 👏🏻 long 👏🏻 I think I had it so much in high school that I needed a good 6 year break 😂 my order:
