  • Hey guys Alex is here to explain! The joke here is that “First Aid” is something that is done immediately to help a person who is injured pretty severely and prevent them from being hurt as much as possible. And because there’s only “first aid,” “second aid” would be the next breakthrough in the medical system and it would be full of new ways to treat injuries, so if some guy knows about it, it would just take down the entire medical system because it would change how much we treat injuries and it’s just too powerful for this world.
And if you’ve read this far, you might as well follow! I explain memes like this all the time :) @alexplains_

“Changing the world starts with you”. With my gorgeous beauty Ayah in Erbil, Iraq 🇮🇶 #Iraq #ErbilOffice #MosulOffice #HRF #TreasuredMemories #HumanitarianAidWork
Project Info:

With my beautiful friend Ayah - We met on a humanitarian aid trip in Iraq 2018. Ayah was one of the female staff on the ground who was allocated to look after me during my stay in the war torn city of Mosul, Iraq. Naturally not the safest place in the world to be in, but Ayah did an incredible job Masha’Allah.
.
.
One the most loveliest human beings I have had the pleasure to meet on my journey of life 💗 And very proud to call her my friend.
.
.
Two girls from two different backgrounds. Me from a British Bangladeshi background and Ayah born and lives in Erbil, Iraq - Half Kurdish/Half Arabic.
.
.
AND YES we stayed in touch even with being in two different countries M’A ! 🌟
.
.
My heart holds a very special place for this beautiful girl. I will never forget her hospitality/kindness, how she looked out for me like I was her own sister 🙏🏻 And the jokes we shared were priceless.
.
May Allah SWT reward Ayah immensely in this lifetime and the next - Aameen 🙏🏻💗

AYAH - I am very much looking forward to seeing you again my stunning friend and catching up with you in person on my next visit to #Iraq #2020 . Most importantly I am looking forward to you throwing all your make up questions at me in between our car journeys #LOL 💗 and you secretly always bringing me back desserts/treats 🧁 #TheMostPreciousMemories #SistersAtHeart #MashaAllah 💖
